Ok so I put up a Sell Order for Zydrine at 4690/unit. Five minutes later it shows a transaction in my wallet for Zydrine sold at 5000/unit. I was happy to get the extra 310/unit, but isn't this a problem?
Anyone else experience this?

person a has a sell order in for 500 units at 500 person b puts in a buy order for 600 units at 500 person c put in a sell order for 100 units at 450
since there is now 600 units avalible its buys it all at that price

I've been on the opposite end of this once, where I accidentally paid more than I could have
Basically, you put a sell for 4690 per unit, and a few minutes later, some other guy put a buy for 5000 per unit, with the range set to include the location your sell was in. So, the system happily buys your zydrine for 5000 per unit, and counts it as having fufilled part of the buy order.
Not sure if it charges the buyer extra, though, but I'm sure it does... Seeing as you pay up front for buy orders unless you train a skill up (name slips my mind).
(Maybe the market should charge the buyer the lower price, if it's within the price per unit range... Doesn't do it just yet, though.)

The important thing to remember here is that putting up a buy orders says
"I want to pay price Y for item X".
Placing a sell order says:
"I want to sell item X for at least price Z".
As such, if price Y is more than price Z, the item will be sold at price Y.
Although this is biased in favour of the seller, it does make sense - if you offer to pay more than the asking price, why would the seller refuse the extra cash?
It's the buyer that spends the money, and it's the buyer that determines the price at which the trade takes place. It's up to the buyer to get the best deal for themselves, the market will not do it automatically for them.

On a related note I found out last night that on New Year's day someone in the Domain region bought nearly 3,000 Dul Heavy Pulse lasers (iirc) according to the market.
