Can I get a list of the pirate corps that actually enforce their members to honor their word of ransom?
I see all these pirates constantly whining about people not paying their ransom and in turn having to pay more for a new ship. The simple reason is, how can we trust you? The thinking is: Why would I give you 3mil just to have you blow my ship up forcing me to pay 6mil more?
If you want people to start paying your ransoms, why not say outright right here whether or not your pirate corp - or you individually, will honor your word(s).
A simple request that will only make you more ISK.

Piratecorps that ransom your ship and then destroy it, won¦t be successfull on long term, because the victims will sooner or later know that it¦s not wise to trust this piratecorp. I am sure these corps wont trick you:
- Atuf
- Exotic dancers
- Sniggs
- TDG
These corps have a good reputation and would never damage this good reputation just to get 1 more kill. There might be more corps out there, that have the reputation to be trustworthy.

Because if you dont, all pirates will blow you up anyway. You dont really have much choice.

Pirates Corp !
Most Pirates corps that i've been involved with keep there word, if they ransom you either for money, just for you to say a joke or even sing a song over VOIP then once you have done this your ship/pod is safe to go, anyone who doesn't do as they say in return will only become the victim in the end.
If you how ever start calling there mother's Smacking the hell outta them and expect to get away then you only have your self to blame.

Honorable Pirate is a great example of an oxymoron.
No such thing as honorable pirate.
Lazy gate camper wana be mercs who are too stupid to learn tactics.
Sit above gate in Sniper ship, make a living from selling cargo expanders.
Dont ever pay ranson to any pirate. Just come back with a gang and get revenge.

Yes, everyone please listen to this guy! He's a good man and wants pirates to prosper from all the nice (mostly crap, tho) loot they get off you and your buds.

For what it is worth, Shadow of the Ghost honors their word. We're not very likely to ransom you unless you're in a battleship or a HAC though, and then it is only if you make the offer. People suck at getting ransomed, telling them to stay still, stop repairing/boosting and STOP FIRING rarely ever seems to get through to them. Also, they ALWAYS stall you, giving bull**** excuses about "having to transfer the ISK from an alt/corpmate". Funny thing is that when you shoot them to structure, they immediately have the ISK ready for transfer.
You'd be better off asking for what corps do not honor ransoms. At LEAST 90% of the pirates do stick to their word. Those who don't are just morons who're probably not in a well known corp. Generally, if they post on the forums, they have an image to uphold. Beware of small, unknown corps with less than 8 members with stupid names and bad attitudes.

Have encountered the Sniggs, they got honour and they stand by their word. I have huge respect for the Sniggs because of this.
Also encountered EVOL so many times I dont remember, but I dont trust whatever they utter on local. Same with RKK and Black Nova Corp.

Personally, I will ALWAYS honor my ransoms.
Dishonoring them isn't just incredibly lame, but, as Lifewire stated, it's bad for business.

Well we really dont randsom, but everyone in Huff tech will honor it, cause it will be a huge ammount :)
You can make lots more isk by killing everything in sight instead of randsoming.

Murder of Crows, while not strictly a pirate corp, does not tolerate this either. Give our CEO a holler if you catch a member who kills you after receiving the full ransom.

You realise that you've mentioned BOB corps and BOB never ransom - we just kill stuff generally. We keep our word but we won't ransom unless you offer a lot of money and the person shooting decides to take it I guess...

KORKY Are Honorable. No logging in Combat, Honour ransoms, no gate camping.

Though not a pirate corporation in central philosophy, Veto pilots must always honor ransoms. Ransom may or may not be offered depending on the situation. Each Veto pilot is free to have their own policy on the offering, but all must honor them if offered and paid. Actions that will probably increase chances of ransom are requesting one before hostilities force the issue, fighting well during a battle, courteousness, and actually fighting against equal numbers rather than hiding in dock or such.
