I think the Mimatar shuttle is pretty cool looking. As for the I ugliest ship, well that's a tough one. The tempest is pretty bad (a BB that looks like a sailboard?) and the Mimatar rookie ship looks like it was bolted together with random pieces from a scrapyard. But personally I take greatest offense to the asymmetry of the Stabber, it looks like the left secondary engine fell off and the pilot was too lazy to fix it. I love everything else about the ship, but that missing engine really gauls me.

Tempest.
Most of the time I love the Minmatar design ethic, but the Tempest goes beyond "rugged, low-tech space flight" and straight into "God, who would build a ship like that?"

Gallente recon cruisers, as well as their t1 forebear are the ugliest ships in this game. Hands down.

Well, I find very few ships in Eve really all that ugly, they all are kind of cool when looked at the right way, but I think there are a ton of them where you can't help but think "Damn, that would be one cool spaceship if they could have just put the same engine on both sides"

meh, not a fan of any Minmatar Ships. Have you seen the cruisers? Jesus, the Rupture looks like some kinda industrial Nailgun.

With the exception of the Stabber, Tempest and Rifter, all of the Minnie ships are fugly. The Typhoon, Ragnarok and Rupture - more than any others - are just "lumps".
Come to think of it, all of the titans aside from the Avatar look like lumps. No style or form at all.
Then again, the Avatar looks like a buttplug.

I've only been playing EVE a short while, but I have to say the thing that bothers me most about this otherwise fantastic game, is that the artists/modellers did not put a lot of effort into any of the ships. Some look great in spite of their laziness, but most are heinous.
The Major has the right idea. Let the community design the new batch of T3 ships.
Anyhow, the worst affront to the eyes is the Tempest.

My vote goes to the Scorpion. It's like Caldari's worst symmetry nightmare.

Every single one of the ships that were mentioned as ugly above, are all GODDAMN BEAUTIFUL. EVE has the best ship designs, ever.
Oh, except for that badly textured bit of **** the Exequeror.

I wouldnt say many of the ships are ugly at all, theyre all just different. Except ofcourse the osprey that is one creation that should have been taken outside and shot upon birth.

I rather like the look of the Minmitar ships. Slap on some red paint and string up some human skeletons and you've got yourself a Reaver ship from Serenity/Firefly.
Caldari ships are intentionally ugly. They're utilitarian and just asymetrical enough to bother our sense of order. But ugliest ship? I'd say the Gallente rookie ship.

i have acctualy seen wohle fleets of dreads juat explode at the sight of one of them in battle. it so bad guns dont even like pointing at it to put it out of it own misery
