Stela Nova United based in the lower Gemni welcomes Blue's outpost and I just wanted to publicly state that SNU members will abide and recongize all of Blue's rules in the systems listed.

Flotations are done mainly to raise capital. That outpost was funded from our normal cashflow (ie, Freewheeling raiding the corp wallet), so no need for IPOs.
Whoever pointed out the blue on blue on Blue fighting scenarios out there was definitely onto something. Going to make life more interesting I expect.

As a mainly industrial Alliance htough, you might have a job policing your space and 'ejecting' people from for un-sociable behaviour, bearing in mind, if they're part of a larger military force they might come back; situations escalate quickly in this universe. Could be an idea jsut to sit back and let them get on with it?

What is the policy for jump clone usage at the BLUE Pill? |

we are atm deciding what kind of cloning policy we will use. we are not going to stray far away from the standard settings that our friends, ISS and TRUST, have in their outposts.
basically, only corps with an office (which will be 50mill/month, same as ISS and TRUST outpost(s)) can have jump clones anyway as far as i know.
the docking fee will be set to 0.2 ISK per m¦, following ISS and TRUST here aswell. This docking fee will be set as soon as we feel like it (atm it's for freeeeeee wiiiiii :))

Negative. I own one single jump clone and it is located in a station TC does not have an office in.
They follow more or less the same rule-set as normal clones as far as player owned stations are concerned.

Both ISS and TRUST allow jump clone usage to 3rd parties (not office holders only), however ISS only charges once per corp (unless they ran out of standings slots for Marginis) but TRUST charges per month for jump clone usage in Viribus.
I presume you will post in this thread when the policy solidifies then?

I'm sorry, i thought Aliastra was a starter corp and thus couldn't be at war... Either you don't need to worry about this, or you should post with your main character.

I should think they'll put up something official soon enough. Geminate is a dump, and TBB have had free reign for quite a while.
Big problem for FE if someone uses it as a base of ops though...

it's through geminate is a bit off a mess probally, but F-E is taking controll again after a long battle with 5, which is still on going at a lower level.
I think it's great that BB put up an outpost and maake the region more a place you can live and trade in.
p.s. I don't speak for the alliance only for myself :)

I like the sound of this outpost and area for the public to mine and tour in, but there is one thing that I am a bit concerned about. You say people can hunt for rats, but it is a DMZ so do we have to declare our weapons if we come with the intent to hunt NPC spawns. I would like to mine there, but I like many barge pilots, I need a guard, so I would have a friend in a BC to fend off the rats for me. Some clarifications on what weapons or modules are permitted would be helpful for planning a mining op or hunting trip.
Everyone is born right handed, only the great over come it.

good luck guys. please can you give mlm docking right thank you.
people going to the area should note that all 0.0 around the regions mentioned is claimed by f-e and there is a good likelyhood your gonna get killed if you stray into it unless you have good standings with us.
to try to obtain good standings please contact krulls or persphnie.
thank you.

Until this post was read I did not have any official systems Blue were patroling. Though we have had friendly standings with Blue for several months now.
I pass on the systems to all SNU members will filter down through the corps in the next 24 hours.
However, I know of no members of snu shooting in the Big Blue area, and Big has not contacted us about any issues.
Though there was one issue a while back when we were fighting 4S, but that was resolved, and were now naped with 4S.
As for F-E cleaning gemni.. well we'll just leave that for another thread.

I'd like to express my personal gratitude and that of the Big Blue to the following entities for their willingness to play ball under challenging circumstances and the support they provided to Big Blue as we settled in this area (in alphabetical order):
- 4S Corp - Cruel Intentions Alliance - F-E Alliance - MC Alliance - Omega Enterprises - RNFLM Corp - SNU Alliance - more to come...
We had some high and some rough times, but all in all most people we approached went out of their way to help this project take off, and the daring policies we've set for BB space wouldn't hold without the general effort put by all into making possible a friendlier 0.0.
Kudos to all, and good night.

Again, I will state we will not fire on anyone in the big blue "neutral zone" no matter what the standings. Unless we are fired upon first. But then again, by Blue's agreement we should just report the issue to them and allow them to handle the issue.
