Congratulations. Nice to see more public service outposts. Let me know when you get the factory and refinery outposts ready, I'm still rather keen to see if an amarrian outpost is better for building cap ships.

Shame its a con.
I went there using my alt. The idea being to do some ratting and generally look around. My BS was EW'ed and killed by a player in the same system as the station, asking for help in local was completely ignored. I can only assume this is a ploy to get players into this sytem so they can be systematically killed. Or perhaps the Blue Pill people are so weak they cannot oppose the player rats in the system? I lost not only a BS but 200mill of mods. Not a fun evening at all.

U entered 0,0 space, dangerous space. U were not in proper channels to get info or help, crying in local for help in 0,0 is ... kinda

I was also in the security channel, and read the long MOTD. I asked for help there and got no response. I managed to tank for quite a while, and asked for assistance a number of times in both the Blue public channel, and the Blue security channel. I travel in 0.0 quite regularly and expect to meet player rats. This system is advertised as being resonably safe as there is a Blue security force. My experience was it is more dangerous than the 0.4 systems bordering Empire.

In brief you are welcome if you are a ôGood Guestö in our space. You donÆt have to arrange standings, however such would be a good idea.
Characteristics of a ôGood Guestö includes someone whom:
- Is responsible and aware of what measures they have to take to ensure their own safety and asks if theyÆre not sure e.g. adds the names of known hostiles as found in the links in IPSnews to their buddy list and keeps a close eye on local for them; stays aligned to a warp out point; uses gate to gate instas; instadocks; creates safespots; docks/vacates an area if requested by The Big Blue Peacemaker force, etc.
- Does not engage in hostile acts to anyone in IPS apart from immediate self defence or against Authorised Targets as found on the Kill On Sight lists in IPSnews.
- Does not offer any form of logistic or intelligence support to any Authorised Target, which includes entertaining them with ôsmacktalkö.
- Respects others e.g. if a group are tanking a spawn while mining in a belt, a good guest moves on to the next belt to rat in; doesnÆt try to steal loot belonging to others etc.
- Joins the community channel ôIPSpublicö and the security announcement channel ôIPSnewsö, staying alert to any announcements and changes in conditions.
- Is aware that piracy is everyoneÆs problem. That while the loss of a ship to pirates may be insignificant to the amount of crokite theyÆve slurped up that day, such easy and blasT prey attracts and encourages further piracy.
- DoesnÆt deliberately bring trouble to TBBÆs door e.g. a bad guest receives a war dec from some third party then runs to IPS expecting TBB to defend them from that third party.
- Appreciates the TBB isnÆt Mommy. TBB has opened this space to provide access to 0.0 for small corps and others whom normally would be denied such by most of the understandably xenophobic entities in 0.0.
