We have a person attempting to attack Goon mining resources.
The response from Goon is, we don't have mining resources, you're an idiot.
And then 4-5 more pages of the same response.
Why the hell would you spend so much time and effort defending something that doesn't exist?
It makes people think that you really do having mining operations and that you are paranoid about people interrupting them.

Don't be so sure about that.
A good scanner can combine D-Scan usage and Probes well enough to get a warpable hit in 6 seconds and you will never see the probes unless you spam that button.
Use a close pattern of safe spots, like 1 AU apart or less if you can manage it, and run that circle. A good prober running a rigged covops and implants can get a good hit on 8AU or more depending largely on ship size.
Sad there was one other person who used to post here who I learned that from and he's not seen much around here now.

Just form groups of 2 or 3 cloak bombers and squat those systems, same on Ice systems but better, fleet of bombers and let them get used to your presence, they're more paranoid than the average player but they like too much iskies and there's no better carebear than a goon, they will keep mining and you will kill a lot of mackinaws specially in Ice operations.
You'll find a lot of belt/anom raters not moving when you jump in, just drop bubbles and profit bot KM.
Bring reccons and get ready to pin caps/supers open cyno's for hot drops, mine them from the inside, you'll love it
You can start "yummy" your null sec carebear KM's and tears for truth, just post your alts at the good systems (hi Dotland) and you'll break a big part of their activities, watch the pos's get hugged and screen for lols.
Sell cynos hot drop to their enemy providing ship type screenshot, you'll love it.
You will never win fights of numbers, you need to win with other tools and you will if you do it right, after all you have plenty of spare time now that you can't mine in high sec right?
Edit: you will not bother Goons really, they don't care with all those gazillions they do per month with moon stuff, but you will bother each and every corp paying to be there, and that's worthy. |
