TBH, I doubt that goons themselves do any mining. Most likely they have rental alliances who they allow to mine in their systems instead - not only do they get to charge rent, but they get refining taxes on top.
To make matters worse, most 0.0 miners probably use bots, as bots are much more effective miners than humans are, since bots never forget to watch local and never stop spamming the dscan button. Simply put, they never make mistakes and thus never die to anyone unless the monkeysphere exploit is used. |

I wonder how much more I could kill if Local was permanently removed from nullsec as it should be. Infact all systems below 0.1 should have all local removed to match the risk of the system. |
