ok when you are on a battlefield, or just slow boating to a gate, wht in ur head is the scariest battle ship, the on tht makes u go 'eeek' i persoanally hate ravens, toprs flying at me = not good

try flying a scorp into a PvP situation, if its 1 vs 1, noone fights you. Even 2 vs 1 it's a maybe.

Megathron up close scares me the most. Raven used to be scary, scorpion is still bad ass.

every other ship has its aproaches and wekaneses but dominix can counter almost everthing except for long range (but then you warp just off)
fights with a domi proved always disastrous for me

In Fleet Situations, the Geddon was the thing I dreaded, it always felt like it was made to take the shields off my Raven, these days, I fear Thorn more. In 1v1 or smaller situations, I fear any Tempest or Typhoon for the first 45 seconds, and after that, I am either going to be sitting in a Pod because the pilot knows how to fly one, or I know he will be because he simply does not have the skills to fly her. Mini ships, they can be sprorting anything. . .

Except Domis and their drones. Aargh. and Ravens and Scorps, and their missiles. Double aargh.
But everything else scares me not. Yeah.

Ill go solo in my geddon against any battleship except an EWAR scorp, or a dompire.
Straight tank vs damage, geddon pwns, but nos it, or jam it, and its about as useful as a bag of... a bag of what it looks like :P

By just shear looks, the Megathron scares me to death. To arrive to a gate and see the beast slowly turn in my direction, to see the engines come to life and the last sight is those blasters.....
Yeah, I have dreams about Megathrons....

in fleet battle thers actually nothin what u should be scared of if ur comanders arent crap at what they do and u are in a mob of trigger happy fighters who have all the same chance of being primary as u...
warpin to a gate tho:
if i fly a weak but fast ship (cruiser, frig) : tempest at 150km from gate
if i fly a bs : scorp which is trying hard to look like easy prey 15km from gate, megathron which is obviously flying 400m/s and rising at the moment it recons ur presence, dominix hurlin its drones in ur direction, typhoon close to u making those red effects which usually shown when ur cap is runing out slightly faster than usual, raven which begins flashing its shields all the time with random lil lights movin fast in ur direction, geddon which fires lasers in all rainbow colors at a stroboscope like frequency in ur direction...
as we see there are a lot of ships which are dangerous, especially if the owner knows how to use em ! the difference between an intact ship and a pod (or even a corpse with ur name on it floating in space) is made by the various setups, skills, and sometimes simple luck during an engagement...

say if I'm moving to a gate the one thing i really dont want to see is a dominix. I just cant seem to beat them!
seem to be setup to pwn me everytime i see one, and it doesnt seem to matter what I've got fitted either.
Its come to a point where if i see a domi comming I'll be leaving.
Plus its one of the uglest ships Eva! and i dont want that to rub off on me

Every BS flown well is quite scary.
As a Vaga pilot though, I hate Cruise Ravens, autopests, Nos Domis, Ew Scorps, Blaster Megas, Nos Phoons.
Geddon if setup right will take on a Vaga too as in not let the Vaga kill it. Anything with NOS highs will do the same.

Depends on what you fly really... Personally the Scorp ****es me off and makes me warp out but... so what? Geddon is the real fearmachine. Teck II ganked if you are in anything smaller than a BC or if you are shield tanking its debatable whether you ll manage to allign your pod in time... Rof etc on a a laser BS is not fair in most situations. Of course if I am in an armour tanked Mega with tech II rails at a nice distance I smile :)

I play two accounts, one on each computer, so I get to mix and match alot. I can get a good feel for who fears me and who I have a great deal of respect for ship wise.
Far and away I am most feared when flying a two ship formation of scorps. Most people I warp in on have no clue that they literally have zero chance to survive the encounter until it's too late and I've got four points of scramble on them and their jammed to hell and back.
I get concerned when I see other scorps or domis. No other ships really concern me. Although a raven isn't to be triffled with in any situation where the individual might actually know what he's doing setup wise. Back to the domi though, it's feared for the same reason that a scorp is.....mid slots available for EW. That plus the drones and potential for a really nasty blaster or vamp setup to be in place.

Testing a bhaalgorn against a Vindicator last week. The Bhaalgorn ended up having to go with a 3 x Large T2 rep tank.. Just to survive long enough for the cap drain to even worry the Vindicator, and it still had cap boosters anyway.

Dominix. Hands down.
With a face only a Mother could love, the Domi is the height of mystery. Is it Nos + Drones? Is it rails? Is it sniping with sentry drones? Is it passively shield tanking? Is it armor tanking with EW? Only a physical inspection of the ship can give you a peek of what she is sporting under the hood.
Any other ship you know what you face. Scorp = EW. Geddon = omglaserbbq. Raven = missiles. It's only after you are hit with the first volley from the Domi can you start to puzzle out what the pilot is gonna do.
Domi's are hard to quantify strategically. This fact by itself gives them an advantage.

Raven with siege torpedoes.
In some sparring with alliance mates, I saw a siege torp fitted Raven take a Megathron from full armour to ~10% in one volley (he was un hardened, but still, those things HURT). Not to mention he still had a full tank fitted. Took 3 of us to kill his shields (Gankapoc, Gankathron, Sniper 'pest).

Anything that uses ECM is nearly unbeatable 1vs1 since there simply is no effective counter to EW. It's simply "whoops, you can't fight, sorry" ...

personally ships that make me scared, since im noramlly a hac/reconship pilot are scorps and domi's bascially because scorps generally always fit nos and can jam dual web u and wait for his drones to slowly rip you apart.
On the other hand the domi and its drones just rip a hac apart if they pilot has good drone skills theyl hit for somthing silly like 120-300 a hit and thats worse then a bs shooting you since you cant tracking disrupt it :(
Although i have to say pre missile nerf the raven was defantly more scary. 1 volley = zealot near structure and one pilot shouting warp you *****! before the next volley hit. (However did used to make taking down a raven with 2 hacs not only scary but fun as you had to take turns)

I fly a Dominix regularly, and the ONLY other ship I would not 1v1 against... is another Domi
As someone else highlighted, you just dont know whats going to happen when you meet one. The versatility is its great strength. And that is what scares me about them.

Scorp is hands down the scariest BS in the game since it wrests control of your ship from your fingers with ECM. A solid fleet of Scorps and Ravens backed up with good AF and Ceptor support is deadly.
