....and with weapon upgrades V and electronics V and all the named stuff its a tight fit on CPU. I havent dont the numbers but i dont see how a straight tech II fit...especially an XL booster could possibly fit w/o some kind of cpu mod(s)
Very Possible i got weapon Upgrades V advanced Upgrades V Caldari BS V Electronics V Get those skills up and you can fit it it is a tight squeez on me as well i hve like 23 cp left and abot 3 power left :)

like i said Long Range engagments are Cruise med to short range use torps and u should be fine most of the time pvp are long range battles so i mainly carry cruise more often then torps

Ok first off if u put wcs's on any ship you should be slapped to hell because you are not a real pvper but u think you are. second i prefer torps over everything so my setup is.
6 seige II 2 med nos II
2x sensor booster II 1 photon II 2x invul II 1x XL Booster II (or better)
2x BCS II 1x Damage ctrl 1x PDU II
i use 5 hobgoblin II's and some target painting drones.
works well in fleet combat in solo i replace a sensor booster II with a 20 km scram and use some webber drones. I also switch to rage torps in fleet i use jav's.
