At the moment, there's almost no risk at all to players camping stations in faction warfare in highsec. The station guns don't fire at them until they get aggression, and the only people that can actually fire at them are FW pilots. They're an enemy of an entire empire, why are they not pursuing them? They're roaming around in enemy space, and the only people that can shoot at them are the NPCs that never show, or the FW pilots. There shouldn't be a problem with random people firing at them, since they shouldn't even be there in the first place.
I can understand station camping in lowsec, but in highsec in enemy space they shouldn't be as safe as they are right now. They can warp away after alpha'ing a ship and just get away scot-free, no punishment and no pursuing from the militia of the space they're in. And if worst comes to worst, they enter a password and go into a neutral POS they set up do they can reship and use the market hub.
Please add something along the lines of CONCORD to highsec militia NPCs. They're attacking an enemy, inside of enemy space, with their enemy's station guns just sitting there doing nothing. Why are they so safe inside of their enemy militia's space, when they should be in their own, or lowsec fighting someone else? |

Who'da thunk FW would involve....well, war.

Factional warfare is fine, but when a guys can camp outside a station owned by the opposing militia without the guns lighting up, that's not war, that is silly arbitrary rules that make little sense.
If I cannot fly into Caldari space because I am a war target (militia police ) then why can I sit outside their main FW hub and station camp people coming out?
Look up Trigger99, he sits outside a Gal Mil station in high sec and nukes things coming out of the station all the time. |

If not in gameplay I think this is very much an issue of consistency. In lowsec opposing militia aren't allowed to dock even in neutral stations. In highsec they're allowed to dock and use all services available even in stations owned by the enemy. It makes for some fun gameplay, I've personally enjoyed guerilla catalyst camping jita undock while in minmatar militia, but realistically it's completely ********.
I think for the sake of immersion and consistency militia members in hostile highsec should at least be permitted from using station services and unallowed to dock in stations owned by enemy navy or militia.
Navy NPCs are kinda derpy but I think they're pretty fine as they are just that they shouldn't web you first since it makes actually losing something to them almost impossible.
