I dont see the problem in this to be honest. If we let every slacker stay we wouldnt be shinra. Most other corps of our size does the same aswell
I believe his problem is that he isn't allowed to leave, not that he was kicked out. -------------------------------------[04:04:04] Tom Thumb > for a nut case you rawk

Trying to hold CCP to blame over this, nice one.
Most decent large corps like Shinra do trim the member base from time to time. If they feel you're not pulling your weight, they're perfectly allowed to kick you whenever they like. You do have to be in a station to be kicked, of course (hence the docking invite).
You didn't turn up to a mining op and hadn't been involved in PvP in a while, yet were able to go out NPCing? Last I checked, Shinra was a PvP corp. You don't participate in PvP or corp arranged ops, then why would they want you there?
1. Did you inform any of the directors that you wouldn't be attending the arranged mining op? 2. Did you let any of the directors know that your playtime would be limited for a while?
If the answer to both of these is "no", then you really have no cause for complaint about being kicked.

He's complaining about not being able to leave Shinra territory without being killed. Jesus, don't people ever bother reading the OP anymore? -------------------------------------[04:04:04] Tom Thumb > for a nut case you rawk

It just so happens that he could convo someone about it? What i see here is that he's been kicked from the corp and undocks in the middle of a bunch of M.Corp or Shinra or something who have no idea he was kicked from the corp. The results are inevitable. Neutral = pop -----

The guy is constantly being pod-killed everytime he tries to leave the station. He has no access to the station facilities so he can't even set his cloning point to an empire-based station.
Kicking him out of the corp is one thing, continually pod-killing him to increase their lame kill-board stats is another.
To the OP, file a harrasment petition and get the lamers banned.

Friend/alt comes in a covert ops and waits on safe. You undock and change ships in space, you fly home the in covert, your friend/alt clone jumps home. Sorry, weird plan.

After work, guy logs in to play video game for relaxation, amusement, whatever. Guy is accussed of being a "slacker" by someone in Shinra with a management fetish, "Not working hard enough!". I have no idea how anyone could put up with that. I work hard during the day, no personalityless mother ******* ***** slapping corp ***** is going to tell me what to do in my leisure time. He is probably no different. Guy has to work. Prefers to read a book one evening maybe.

Baz leave this angry little man be, I suggest a furious session with his right hand and then get his mum to make him a cup of tea this may ease his frustrations.
To the original poster, the manner in which you have attempted to deal with this is rubbish. Unfortunatley you did not quite fit our bill, quite why you have elected to advertise this fact on eve-o is beyond me. We have TS, Forums and local chat.
However I will be quite happy to help you get out of our space when I return. In one peice with every hair on your precious little head in place.
For all of the people jumping to conculsions about how evil and nasty we are ........... Your quite correct.

Hello, corpran.
You are aware that corporations that have a tax get a listing in their corp wallet's, of who is doing missions, how much they are getting, all NPC's they kill etc.

That's not the point and you know it. The point is, most of the time once someone is booted absent some type of corp theft event or something like that, they are allowed to peaceably leave the space.
