well i'd like to be a programmer or QA, think my degree in computer science will come handy there.
but what i actually want to need: how does one find his personal no. 1 for love and babies in iceland? with only 300k inhabitants there is a limited source (reminds me about HACs theses days  )

hmm.
Either cleaning out the hamsters cacges and making sure they have all the resources they need to get thier jobs done.
Or.
General IS/IT Support/Admin/Management to make sure everyone at CCP can do what they need to do and always on the hunt for making it all better..(progressive/proactive)
With that comes the opportunity to get to know Eve at the levels/depths that CCP intends, to get to know the game from thier perspectives, to plan and pour ideas into Jove space and the chance to create a Jovian reverse engineered and re-designed Rifter.

Tyrrax had a great idea: CCP need to hire some REAL eve players to tell them what needs doing. ISD just don't cut it.
Kind of like a quality circle idea (TQM).

Because ISD never play EVE?
Rest assured that ISD plays EVE just like real players do, we only know a bit more of what goes on behind the scenes and why certain changes cant be forced through within a day.
A lot of the CCP employees I know also love the game and play it as often as they can. ( you will never get my corpse though ebil devs)
Don't underestimate the love ISD and CCP have for EVE, I know for ISD that they wouldn't be volunteering if they don't love it so much.

Sorry Eris, but you don't cut it. If CCP made anything aside from games or tobacco, they would have closed down a long time ago.
Quality in this game is shoddy to say the best. Its 95% of a truly awesome game, but there are gaping holes in the game which although everyone gets used to them, still need fixed. They really shouldn't be ignored. I will no doubt get flamed for this post, but I'm speaking the truth as I see it. Everything is not perfect and something should be done about it.
ISD play eve like the majoirty of eve players, but you need ppl from that crazy minority who push the game to the extreme. I could be wrong, but nobody from ISD comes across as being a very radical player. The ISD scheme simply discourages these types of players from applying cause, no offence here, its very lame!

When you work with young teenagers with extremem behavioural difficulties, is asking them if they never got the toy they wanted part of the therapy or did you just make that up?
If you do indeed work with troubled teens, someone should fire you cause your evidently not so suited for the job based on that random outburst.

I think my dream job at CCP would be helping their wives and girlfriends keep their gardens trimmed up properly in their absence. Nothing like a well kept home to keep a man happy and busy at work! I'm sure the girls would apreciate the attention to their gardens. They would come to appreciate that the size of the Hoe is important, as is proper control.

That's because you don't know the mains of ISD players or CCP. There are people in there who play the game in a radical way.
It's easy to say : FIX this, do this, 'change it like so' without actually applying and helping where you can. When you don't apply you only have a vague idea what goes on in ISD.
As I tried to explain before, some things can't be fixed within a day because there are many many other consideration that come into play of which you have no idea ( and ccp does).
