Does anyone remember armageddon day, the last day of the beta? That day everyone's skills were raised to max and they given 1bil isk (don't remember the exact number) each. It was quite laggy, but fun. 
If I understand this correctly, the new YARRRDWARE is being run as Singularity until it is unleashed upon Tranquility. So how about, as an ultimate stress test, giving everyone on Sisi full skills and some insane amount of isk for one day?

This could be fun and would give a good stress test to be sure.

Yeah, a billion isk at the end of beta was a lot. Now, what will it buy you? Unless they marked down all the items to like 10 isk each, you're still not going to log on to Sisi and have enough to buy a Titan.
Make it a trillion isk. :)

You had so mush money and so hight skills that flying huge expensive ships (and loosing them) was damn fun.

Only problem with giving everyone titans and a ton of isk is that most of the cap ship mods arent even ingame yet and those that are most likely dont work anyway.

i wasn't there back then, but doing that would be great to stress test the new server.
i can just see 4 horseman of the apocalypse (oveur, tomb, tux, kieron) riding through pf unleashing hell. and ofc, valar would have to God in our little revelations

That would be awsome. Just make it so cap ships can use jump gates or something. I doubt anyone would chose to use a small ship with a cyno field on it over a titan.
