To be honest i like the transparent style, Count is running the corp. you see, what mistake she makes and therefor see also in what enterprise you invested your money. (We all like to see other humans making mistakes, don't we? At least it diverts us from our own mistakes.) And you, IMO, see that GPSx can not be a scam, since i have never seen a scammer having so much devotion for his work. What exactly is count's corp doing with shares? I went to the ingame site and it confused me a lot. What is the estimated or normal return on the shares? Where are all the corps involved in the share process, All I noticed were three of them with little to no information on each. Sig Removed. But now I see all shares are sold? but there was a stock split to happen? Is that still happening or are all the shares sold and not jsut earmarked? I know its all new and some confusing stuff..you are getting this thing moving fast..with results..so I appluad that..but we voted to hold shares sold in an effort to see where things were but now all the stocks are sold and no split? Tell me Im wrong or confused please :)

The corp is trying to not hold any shares..as I understood they are getting them into investors hands and should all be soon if not already.. The in-game site is a stock market site, ESGB. One of the corps listed is the corp you are talking about...GPSx. the site is a place for corps to list/sell their shares as well as for investors to do the same. I'm not sure if a per share return was listed..but based on the number of shares and profits per week you can figure it out really....it of course fluctuates based on many things..but focus on the ISK earned per week and board votes made... as to where ISK goes. It is eitehr all returned to investors typically ..or a percentage invested back into the company for various corp improvements that are usualy profit/investment related.

Tell me Im wrong or confused please :) okay, so the corp has 1 million shares. she put 100k shares on the market, to be sold. idea is, that the corp keeps 100K shares, and people already have bought 100k shares, leaving the corp with 800k. 8:1 split means, that 800 k goes to the owners, 8 more for every 1 they own. say you own 1k shares right now, after the split, you will own 9k shares. thus 100k shares in corp, 900k in owners. i thank countess for telling me this. http://coldfusion.online-guild.com

GPSx will be issuing dividends today.
Countess Oracle	Posted - 2006.03.11 20:31:00 - [133] ok quick few things before i have to run out the door. 1. Stock split was completed today. The intention was for the corporation to retain 100k shares and for the remaining 900k to be distributed. In the end the corp has 83,020 shares. Obviously there is an error somewhere that someone or some set of people got 17k more shares than were supposed to be issued. not sure what percentage of error that is but i think its like .17% error, could be wrong but it was the best i could do. 2. The profit and loss statement is almost complete, i have to run out the door with the family but it will be completed and posted and i will await boards approval on issuing 80% of profits as dividends. Board can also suggest some other percentage. they will get the email later. Then I will issue the dividend as soon as i get at least 3 approvals fromt he board. 3. AFter that vote the new board of directors will be nominated. There is an issue where one person that holds a good number of shares is going to proxy his board position through another shareholder. I have no problem with that and pretty sure the board wont have a problem with it. 4. Sales have been good, there is a great profit, at least in my opinion great considering the startup problems with patch etc. AFter tonights issue of dividends, we will be posting a buy and sell price for the GPSx price in the GPSX channel, it will be the message of the day. I will act as buyer or seller for corporate shares with the same 3% fee that egse charges. 5. the only reason egse is not handling the sales at the moment is that the site programmer has not logged on to fix a minor but debilitating problem with the orders. We are working with another programmer to fix the site if possible and i will let you know as soon as we hear anything more. have fun playing your ceo, countess oracle

Since Countess split the shares 9:1, the IPO price of 25,000 per share would now be 25,000 per 9 shares, or 2775 per share. However, the IPO is closed, so to test the waters I sold 2,152 (pre-dividend) shares today at 5,000 isk per share. Just an FYI in case anyone is curious as to the present post-IPO post-split value of GPSx shares. Again, that's one trade; I suspect that in the next month these shares will appreciate to as much as 10,000 isk each.

The new position will be held for one month and will recieve compensation shares of GPSx for each term that a member holds. I personally own 12500 shares total so am happy to tell anyone that. But not everyone wants people to know all of thier finances. But if the shareholders want that, then it will be so. There is a list of the new board members, so please contact one of them and request that they consider putting it to a full vote of the shareholders. Your CEO, Countess Oracle
