Its possible you picked up a Polaris frigate on your scanner which on of the GM's Named ISD Naughty Secret.
im just guessing tho.
i was goofing around in jita one day in a cynabal, when an ISD Polaris frigate uncloaked off my bow, then proceded to fly away then recloak.
was random.

prolly is the true place where all ppl banned from forums go, and they are used as slaves for some kind of naughty distraction (not exactly imply physical contact u pervs!!!!)
Also i think that can be the true dread of eris, actually is all whole black since she painted it in her gothic age

Naah. You know what it is, it's their collection of signature-tagging stencils and their spraypaints. They've only used them on the forum up until now, but pretty soon ISD will start grabbing you in a tractor beam and tagging your ship in day-glo green.
Just watch out. The ISD only has frigates, and can only make a small mark. Oveur cruises around in a Titan to do his tagging, which has been known to leave entire starbases reeling from the economic blow of having to purchase 80,000 units of vacuum-proof laser paint strippers.
The word I have in there is not that dirty... But it's somehow more funny ****'d out.

Yea, but then our frigates are the size of battleships, you can't lock on to them and all resistances are 99.9%, not to mention armor, shields and hull is huge. They're practically impossible to destroy.

Well, if you consider that the only weapon that could hurt it would be a smartbomb since it can't be locked (maybe FoF missiles depending on how they work?) and even so, the resistances means you would just cause small dents on the shields, I think we can safely say they're far superior to anything in game.
Ofc, they have no weapons and no cargo and no drones, so they can't really hurt you either. Point is to have a invaulnerable ship thats used for observation only.

And in fact, they are impossible to kill anything as they have no slots or hardpoints (i dont remember which)

Look at the banner at the top of this one page on our website: here.
That Frig in the front is the Polaris Legatus frigate... the one behind it is the regular Polaris Inspector frigate. Legatus has different stats and is just a bit more uber. Also has one high and med slot whereas the regular Inspector doesn't have any.
