Yea, but then our frigates are the size of battleships, you can't lock on to them and all resistances are 99.9%, not to mention armor, shields and hull is huge. They're practically impossible to destroy. Well, if you consider that the only weapon that could hurt it would be a smartbomb since it can't be locked (maybe FoF missiles depending on how they work?) and even so, the resistances means you would just cause small dents on the shields, I think we can safely say they're far superior to anything in game. Ofc, they have no weapons and no cargo and no drones, so they can't really hurt you either. Point is to have a invaulnerable ship thats used for observation only. That Frig in the front is the Polaris Legatus frigate... the one behind it is the regular Polaris Inspector frigate. Legatus has different stats and is just a bit more uber.
