On one side, I'm really hopeful that CCP manages to roll Rubicon with few, if any issues.
On the other side, all my accounts are training various race's BS to 5.

an easily won bet when this patch wont include anything new but just reused things allready in the game used in a new way. Some BPOs need to be seeded, some static data is to be updated, and it needs to be able to handle the new deployables. Meh. The only big server change that appears in the patch notes is the ghost sites that need to spawn dynamically and trigger properly.
So an hour to update the DB and code seems unreasonably reasonable. But yes, anchored structures and triggered world events GÇö of course something will go wrong there in the week to come.
