The thing that most people seem to be missing is that Goonfleet is a corp, not an alliance. Even though we split into GF and GW, we consider ourselves part of the same corpotation, but there are a number of logistical issues which now haave become an issue.
For example, if someone asks for some small beam lasers, I cannot simply say "look in the corp hanger" because their corp hanger will be differant. Standings have to be kept in line. Wars have to be declared twice. Wars can be declared on half the corp by our enemies.
Most of these issues can be resolved by being part of an alliance, but we are not an alliance. We are not two seperate corporations with similar goals, we are one corporation being forced to split into two because the skill to support us is not avaliable even though it is technically 'in-game'. I am sure Remedial would rather pay 2 billion for the skill than pay 2 billion to create an Alliance.
Unless the skill is broken in some way, or the developers simply do not want corporations of our size (if so why allow alliances to be bigger), I see no reason why the developers should not introduce the skill to the game.

Additionally it is impossible to restrict Escrow to the corp now. I can either make the Escrow global, to Goonfleet or Goonwaffe only, or to indivuals.
Selling BPC's internally to the corp through escrow is now impossibel, because only half of us can see/claim it.

If Remedial has to create a thrid corp just to house us all I think his head may explode.
Please think of Remedial's poor head and release the skill please.

If CCP has a reason to withhold the skill from deployment, please let us know so we can shut up about it.
If the skill is somehow broken, or the introduction of the skill allows the creation of Megacorps which CCP doesn't want for some reason, please tell us so we know where we stand.
Right now we need this skill, we can see it in the database on the live server, yes it does not exist in-game. It is frustratingly just out of arms reach.

That would be nice, we don't usually fit WCS on our ships, and our enemies do. This would even things out a little
