YOU and only YOU are responsible for giving access to those forums and if that said spy leaks information to other then its your own fault. If however the info has been obtained by hacking then of course you can bring in all the lagality you want. But then the burden of proof is on your side. Where are all the logs that show the hacking attempt? Simply hiding behind the fact that 'this is my personal webpage' is lame.
