100 bandwidth, 800 bay, 10 control maybe, 10% per level damage and hp.

Has anyone considered that perhaps the art DEVs...
- don't like the "conventional designs" found in other Science Fiction (they want their ships to be "unique" rather than lose them in a sea of similar looking ships)?
- purposefully make some ships aesthetically offensive knowing full well (as well as laughing) that we'll spend lots of time, effort, and money just to fly something useful/rare?
Change isn't bad, but it isn't always good. Sometimes, the oldest and most simple of things can be the most elegant and effective. |

That'd be an awesome idea- and that could even help with it's role- if this thing's going to be in WHs a lot, having more drones out at once would help a little to mitigate the Sleeper AI's evil drone aggro.
Maybe it'd even have some attribute that'd prevent Sleepers from targeting its drones? That'd be interesting.

Will be great in WH's a BS with low mass and drones, be great fun dropping it on people running wh sites or on people running sites in null. Basically it will be an awesome PVP toy. Wont be running sites with it. Guess i'll have to pop back to hs to actually run some missions for the LPs....not paying for the damn thing. |

As for the medium drone that's from the Facebook picture that pointed out an enhanced medium bay... so I figured that means enhanced medium drones... as for the rr that is what I am hoping for but I would not be surprised if we got optimal range bonus

Ah, well that means even more for wormhole travel  I can see it having a bonus to number of drones deployed and bandwidth, having it essentially become a mini-carrier, seeing as we have mini-dreds already~
Either way, I've been saving up for it so I'll definitely be getting one once it's released

I'm not sure why people are excited about the mass and wormholes... Nobody would be suicidal enough to bring in a faction battleship that doesn't have some massive derailing effect in combat (bhaal and neuts). There is a reason you don't see nightmares, rattlesnakes and machariels in wormholes.
This ship would have to have some dramatic combat effect, or some dramatic alternative use to even be anywhere near valuable in wormhole space.

If the thing uses Sentries at all (and since the Stratios does, this one should too) then all you really need to do is MJD to 100 and snipe away. You pretty much don't need a tank at those ranges, unless we're talking about sleepers. |

The front propulsion system(?) is not a ring, but a flattened ring, like a "0" rather than a "O". It would be troublesome to see it rotate.

I should imagine that the ring is on the front to aid wormhole diving; rather than the butt as with the Astero and Stratios which is warp drive/cloak related. |
