Probably droneboat with a big drone bay (800m3) and lasers as secondary weapon bonus, with range modifier. And low mass. And armor bonus.

well if it has that much space I'll be happy regardless of what it's designed for- I just wish I had gotten a response to my design by CCP at one point, even if it would be to tell me it wouldn't work.
But I really just don't like the two huge wings on this one.
