What do you think?
Make wcs a highslot item,
along with any of these...
òThey give -20% agility each
òthey take 20% powergrid each (so it's 5x stabs tops if nothing else is fitted)
òthey take 90-120cpu

This is a perfect example of an over-the-top nerf request. All but making any ship that uses WCS worthless.
Despite the arguement that mid slots are more valuble than low slots, the scrams themselves have no negative other than activation and range. By the logic quoted above scrams and disruptors should also be moved to high slot and have effects on the warp core of the attacker as well as the prey and unable to fire "standard" weapons.
Acutally no.
And it's not over the top, oh well maybe the power grid thing.
But putting 5x stabs on a raven or 4x on scorp and flying out without risk kicking ass and when they finally start diyng just warp away like it was not thing... That's over the top.
Making stabs cost 180cpu would be enough tho for me.

Tanking apoc for pvp is a joke, apoc sux dik in pvp so this arguement is totally useless and you've marked yourself as a carebear.

When eve was just an idea it had been decided, like naturally, that haulers shouldn't be able to just run around with no cover.
That's like making the moneytruck not armored, just a wimp with a wheelbarrel.
But no, haulers are almost impossible to catch, especcially blockade runners. (wich were made to be able to carry stuff thru bockades) for haulers making stabs take 180cpu would let them have 5x stabs but it would lessen their shield tank.
Stabs are due.

Then why change anything it's like that already.
And there still is no warranted need or reason for the WCS to require so much more cpu than the disruptor.
You need to get the idea out of your head that for every scrambler some1 has you should be able to counter them with 2x stabs.
That's just stupid.
Let's give the deer a heavy bulletproof suit to make it fair when he's being hunted by the hunter with his rifle.

i think everyone would agree with this? after all, it does everything everyone wants without turning anyone into the ultimate solo pwnmobile that can easily pwn 2 or more BS's without taking any damage.
one more thing. people who do not pvp should not post.. they lack a clue 
putting ecm in highs can't be done without rearrange'ing slots and ecm alltogether
perhaps give the bs's jamming hardpoints or something, geddon and apoc would immidiately start abusing ecm
