Works just as a VISA credit card except there's not credit on it, it's just tied to my bank account. And when I first got EVE I had no problems paying with it, that was a few years ago though. I think it's best we start with the bad news, that way you'll have read the good news last and won't curse my name. So, bad news, I'll repeat that since this is a problem with paypal, there is nothing we can do to fix it, something has to be done at their end. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like anything can be done until after the weekend. You should still contact their customer support though, it might help. And here comes the good news, if you file a petition, Customer Support can give your account one or two days extra. I know it's not much, but at least you will be able to set a long skill, and maybe take care of some urgent business in game. To petition you can use "ask a question" in the support section of this website, please use the "Billing & Account" category. It is best to wait until tomorrow (saturday) to make sure all the GMs are aware of this.
