And yes, I've been having problems. I took out a Power of 2 account to transfer an existing character to so I could improve their training. I keep getting an error message every time I try and transfer the character, and this seems to be common to anyone else who has tried to do this.
I have logged a support call, but I understand your guys are pretty snowed under at the moment, so I haven't had a response yet.
Any thoughts?

OK, having the following issues with acct management,
While acct is active: cant use Pay-By-Cash/Paypal, cant use the "extend game time" link and the subscription details page is blank.
When acct goes inactive: on selecting reactivate I cant use GTC (my only other way of paying than PBC) as it says "must include an object" or something similiar.
Bit sucky really. I cant play now with my main. |

Started a new P^2 account, no problem there
However, when i try and transfer a character from my existing account to the P^2 account i get the error "target user type not allowed" or something like that, and it wont transfer it over
Can this be fixed soon because it was the sole reason for me purchasing a P^2 account and its just sitting there idle at the moment

At last someone is taking notice of these problems !
I have an account that expired almost a week ago, I haven't been able to reactivate it because PayByCa$h, PayPal and Eve-online have problems. I don't have a credit card and none of the other PayByCa$h options are available to me. PayByCa$h have answered my emails and stated that they are working on it ...
My 'Subscription Details' page is blank as well.
I have lost more training time in the last three days than I have since I started playing 18 months ago, damned annoying

i'm having the same trouble reactivating with paybycash too, i understand that the P^2 cannot be done on paybycash but this is an account that is only a month or 2 old which i setup when i thought th ebloods was coming in RmR and now they here i want to start one up properly now

Sorry, but that comment relates specifically to characters you're trying to transfer from accounts created using the "Grace Period" ruling (i.e. created on a normal account in preparation to the Bloodlines patch that you want shifting to a Power of 2 Account).
The FAQ clearly states you CAN transfer an existing character to a Power of 2 account (see number 11) - the link's below. That was the main reason I purchased a Power of 2 account.

Why did ccp decide to have the power of 2 for CC users only? I got the cash, i just don't have a CC atm, but i prolly will in like a month or so, but i was kinda dissapointed cause i was looking forward to the new bloodlines to start a 2nd account but now i will be forced to pay for it in full (which btw i'm still planning to do.) cuz i don't have a cc. Bit unfair really.

I've got two accounts. One has run out and the other is due to run out soon. If I can't pay with Paybycash, I may as well give up because it's the only way I can pay and the only reason I started playing Eve Online was because they finally allowed users to pay by this method. If I can't get to the subs page to even try to pay, it's pointless being here at all.
I'm sure a dev who sorts out the web page problems isn't one of those who sorts out the problems with the game so there's got to be a web dev who can get this issue sorted.
If Paybycash is causing problems, why don't CCP go direct to Paypal. Most of us who are using the Paybycash method are only doing so as a gateway to our Paypal accounts anyway. I've never heard of a problem with Paypal like this so maybe it's time to reconsider using Paypal.

Paybycash is screwed and has been for 2 weeks now.
I've been trying to reactivate my 2nd account for 2 weeks As has other members of my corp. I Dont care about lost training time, I care about decent character being out of use.
It doesn't stop there, 3 Players in the corps subscriptions are up for renewal in a day or two, they use paybycash also and cannot make a payment.
We have lost 3 members to account suspended due to nonpayment because PAYBYCASH Is not working, We Have 3 members about to get suspended.
Payment by credit card or visa debit is not an option, if it was we wouldn't be opting for paybycash. And we aren't using time cards as they are about 25% more expensive.
As far as im concerned sorting a billing issue requires more attention than lag issues as it means that I can log into the game.
Is there ANY ONE That Can Say when this'll be fixed ? |

I'm also having issues with the subscription system. I believe my account is due to expire tomorrow, but definitely sometime in the first half of March. However I can't tell exactly because I cannot access the subscription page (this just comes up blank). As a result I cannot extend my gametime using that page, and when I click on the 'Extend' link on my main account page I get a javascript error. It complains that there is a problem with the function 'extend()' but otherwise gives no further information. This is the case in both IE and Firefox. So I have no way to extend my account by any means.
I've sent a mail to support sometime last week and I still have a long skill set so I'm good for another week or so, but after that it's a major problem.
On a related note, I have never been able to use a Credit Card to pay for EVE either. It's not that my CC isn't valid (just a run of the mill Mastercard), but the EVE site wouldn't accept it. Every other site I pay for does accept it however, including PayByCash and PayPal. My frustration with that is that I am interested in the special offer for a second account at a reduced rate, but I can't make use of it since the EVE system doesn't accept a valid Credit Card for some reason, while PayByCash does. I'm also not sure if I can try again now since I only seemed to get the PayByCash option once I had used that (is it possible to switch payment options?). And even then I can't be sure it'll work, since it didn't work the first time around.
On a final note, I have also not received the customary 'reminder' that my account is about to expire from PayByCash... I did get them during 2005, but nothing in 2006.
Suffice to say, CCP Please Fix, or I can't play EVE anymore no matter how much I want to...

He's talking about extending his subscription not the 2 for 1 deal. I have same problem. 
edit: the subscription details page is fixed for me, dunno if it's fixed for everyone and if pay-pal is supported again.

Got this message when trying to transfer a character: Character needs to be at least 14 days old to be transferable. Not sure if that has always been the case, or if it is Blood related. (Also not sure why it would be true in any event...)
