This is just a guess, but maybe it has something to do with trial accounts. No idea if that's the reason though.

I have the same when pressing the Extend Accounts Game Time link from the My account page, the link simply dosen't work. However if I click on Subscription Details then press extend it opens the Pay by cash site? Is this what people are after? :S

My 'Subscription Details' page is still blank on my main account. will it be fixed soon? cus my corp is in the midle of a couple of wars that i need to attend to. :/

It seems to be fixed now for the most part. I can not enter the subscription page, I could change to CC payment (and it seems to have accepted it too) and the special offer works!
The only thing that doesn't work yet is the 'extend' link on the main account page, but since the subscription page is working now it isn't that big an issue.
Note for other users, I did have to login again but then it worked properly...

I have had this problem.
I did not sign up for a power of 2 account, but i cant reactivate my second account. It has expired and a skill has finished.
This should be a top priority for CCP. Fixing lag is all well and good, but there's not a lot of point if ppl can't actually pay to use their accounts.
You're losing money guys, everyone on this thread wants to pay for their accounts but cant.
Plz fix this.

I see that the supscription details page is fixed. Anyword on the paypal situation? Im not goin to transfer the money to my paypal account if thats not a payment method anymore.
Actually, if thats never goin be a method anymore, Id like to know so I can give all my stuff to my corp. Paypal is the ONLY way I can pay.

I created a P^2 account on Sunday night and have still to recieve a welcome mail or be able to log into the game using it ( I keep getting the incorrect login message). I have requested a reset for my password incase I screwed up when I created the account which I duely recieved so the account is obviously there in some form but will not allow me to login. Have sent a query to Customer Support but no reply yet. Please help :( |

I am having payment issues.. cant pay using paypal.. and sometimes the page is just blank and constantly tring to reload ( it also does that if i try to log on to "My Character" )

I can finally see my sub status but still no joy with Paypal. still getting "Recipient is unable to recieve money" when I try to pay.
It goes through the Paybycash ok, it's when I click on the link from them to Paypal. This is really confusing. Since Paybycash are the method of payment, why do my subs details specify Paypal as my last method of payment? Which one does Paypal have the problem with in that case? Is it Paybycash that has done something to them or is it CCP?
Since it's plain that CCP know most of us use Paybycash to go to Paypal, why don't CCP create a Paypal account themselves and allow us to pay that way directly? It would save money for both of us since CCP are paying for Paybycash services and so are we so it's costing us nearly 3 Euros more each month to do it that way and no way to do a 3 month sub in one go which we could do via Paypal directly.

Well my main went inactive and this alt is about to do the same, if i can't pay by paypal then i can't play and i would hate to lose nearly 2 years of work on my main because of a payment issue.
Please sort this out so i can continue to send ccp monies :)

I'm trying 2 pay for my second account also and getting this message "This recipient is currently unable to receive money" i i will be loosing training time soon but i can live with that but i also pay for my main with pay by cash and i would be very disappointed if this account got suspended as well

The paypal/paybycash issue is expected to be fixed at some point this week.

my 2 accounts run out today and i can only pay by paypal, is there no way whatsoever i can send payments by paypal to eve-online by any means, this is so inconvienient, after paying this way for over a year.
Can my gametime be extended until eve-online sorts out the paypal situation "sometime this week", then cut me off when it has been to make sure i Pay???
Are we getting some game-time back with all the server problems? this may solve it possibly ?, please can u give me and the others in same situation here some more info??

If you have issues with paypal/paybycash i would suggest buying gametime cards with paypal, i believe some of the advertised sites accept paypal as a payment

Well, the only option I can think of is if the ETC (EVE Time Codes) are working. If you go to Account Management and then press the ETC retailers link you can choose between 4 retailers, they do seem to accept Bank transfers as well.

it is now getting beyond a joke. My character has lost upward of 5 days training time because of this. It cannot be a difficult issue. Usually when there is any amount of money involved issues are resolved quite quickly. I would hate to hazard a guess at how much money CCP are losing atm...

I can say that bank transfers work via HSBC at least, whilst more expensive than both paypal and credit card transfers it is availible to anyone who can use online banking.

ok what about those of us who have tried to sign up for power of 2 accounts with valid CCs and are left with unaccesable accounts etc?
i've been ignored by email, petition etc for 5 days now. nice customer service. especialy seeing as im trying to give you money.
