I created a P^2 account on Sunday night and have still to recieve a welcome mail or be able to log into the game using it ( I keep getting the incorrect login message). I have requested a reset for my password incase I screwed up when I created the account which I duely recieved so the account is obviously there in some form but will not allow me to login. Have sent a query to Customer Support but no reply yet. Please help :( |

Over 24hours and still nothing. Can someone atleast acknowledge if there is a problem that is being looked into. |

ok what about those of us who have tried to sign up for power of 2 accounts with valid CCs and are left with unaccesable accounts etc?
i've been ignored by email, petition etc for 5 days now. nice customer service. especialy seeing as im trying to give you money.
I'm upto 48 hours now and like Montero have heard absolutely nothing. Im sure the other guys would agree, give us some feedback on what the situation is and our patience to wait for the problem to be resolved will be restored. Being ignored after paying our money for a service we are not recieving and not being told why is simply unacceptable. Come on CCP don't do yourselves a diservice, keep us a little bit informed. |

Any further word on the situation with created P^2 accounts that have not become active. It's been 5 days now and still no word. |
