If it was offensive complaints could get it changed.. other than that you are stuck with it. I suspect your best course of action is to save up and buy a new character from the baazar that already has the sp you want and has a name you like better. I was created not knowing that buying EVE on steam at a discount would create a second account. So I was quickly named believing I would simply disappear into the ether eventually. Little did my benefactor know at the time that having an alt in EVE can be quite beneficial. So over 80 million skill points and almost 6 years later here I am. I too have many regrets about my name. Or being into Mount & Blade when you created your char who was supposed to just be a throwaway.
