In the last 3 days I've made a dozen contracts. (Lots of stuff to sell before the next patch). They've handled the better part of 5 bil of assets and all contracts have made it through. Great service! Great price! I'm happy knowing I'm not just paying to move my assets, I'm getting an insurance policy as well (Collateral). If you've ever hated moving assets around, or wanted a piece of mind knowing you're not going to be out of assets and money from a highsec ganker, this service is great! |

Alright then, I guess I'll just pick which I want to do first then.
I'm sorry that I need to be the one to make this announcement, but we need to raise our prices. Our haulers are over-worked and underpaid. We no longer want to be the underdogs and try to match other services, but want to be able to spread our wings and provide the service that WE want to be able to provide, and feel our customers deserve. This means we're breaking away from convention and ensuring that we give the best outcome to everybody.
Push Industries plans to enter this new patch with a new game-plan and a new resolve to continue to improve and be the best we can. Prepare yourself for faster, more efficient hauling in which you can track your parcel and your position in the queue. Mails that are optional and a "jolly fun time" in the PushX channel.
I get that some people will be unhappy with the decision we've made, but think of it like this:
1) Supporting the freighter pilot. (They have families to support... Apart from the Minmatar slaves....)
2) Faster hauling. (Less stressed, more motivated pilots - each one gets their own Fedo to have in the cab)
3) More customer service, focusing on you, the customer! (Extensive interviews and whippings when required)
4) NAKEDER LADIES! (I lied, sorry)
There will be more changes coming up as we approach the new year but this is all I've been permitted to release so far. (Feel free to comment in Pushx channel about Nasantha's lovely new toup+¬. Or send him an EVEmail? Even better, if you send him such a great EVEmail that he complains to me about it, I'll send you an ISK prize)

PSSS:
We're keeping JF prices the same and they'll be based off JDC4. We're also going to be continuing to service Stain and Venal. These do require our pilots to have JDC5 though, and so we are going to be raising prices slightly from 35m a cyno to 50m. Only for these regions though.
Because we love jump freight, we're changing how it works a bit with our rushes though. The price for a rush will lower from 30m to 20m! (That's a 10m saving!)

I've used Push before for hauling stuff around and normally dont have any issues, this time however usign the 3 days / 3 day service I felt i waited too long for the contract to be picked up and indeed cancelled it to have it hauled via another method.
Hopefully this is an anomoly.
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time... like tears in rain... Time to die.

I post about 1,500 contracts per year, and the level of service I require is short-haul contracts picked up and delivered in 24 hours. I'm not interested in cutting costs as much as having a second source service supplier. Unfortunately after two short trials, PushX was unable to even approach the service level of RFF. Perhaps I'll try again in a few months.

I've been a customer of PushX for about 2 years and would say I have been 95% happy, originally moving to them from Red Frog as the fees were competitive and the transport volumes and collateral settings more flexible.
But, my last 5 contracts have all expired without being accepted and so I have had to use Red Frog again for the first time in those 2 years. Not sure what your problems are but have to take my business elsewhere for now. Thanks for the good service over the last couple of years. |

Excellent service, surprisingly fast/ safe . Tried it out as an alternative to RFF, and will be switcing, it's cheaper, faster, and there's only 1 corp to send contratc to , and to top it all off, you can track your packages ! |

I'm writing to tell you again about a change in our prices. I'm really sorry about this, but it's not my fault. THIS time the blame lays entirely on Willry, the JF captain.
The change will only affect a minority of our haulers. These are the capsuleers living in Stain and Venal.
We're having to do this because of the amount of time it takes vs reward for the work. Since it can sometimes take up to 6 hours for a single contract, we need to care for our pilots to ensure they're being rewarded for the work and effort they make.
Push Industries strives to be the best service possible, at competitive prices. We feel that with this change, we will continue to be.
The new prices are as follows:
175m initial fee.
+50m per cyno required.
This means that the minimum price to go to either Stain or Venal will be 275m.
Any complaints, please direct them at Willry. |
