I recently used PushX to moved items I am trading from Jita to Dodixie. From the time I contracted the items to delivery was probably about three hours max. Unbelievably fast at a very affordable rate. I recommend them to anyone. |

I want to let you know about the honesty of the Push Industries pilots.
Last night I created a contract to move items from Jita to Amarr. The value of these items was about 750M ISK which I planned on selling in Amarr with a 20%-30% markup. However, made a huge mistake in creating the contract and failed to enter the collateral amount. I got lazy and it slipped my mind as I made it. A few hours later I was contracted in game by Chuck Browning. He told me politely that I had failed to enter a collateral amount and reminded me to do so next time. He contracted the courier package back to me.
I'm posting this to show how trustworthy the people of Push Industries are. Chuck could have easily kept the items for himself and would have been right to do so. 100% my fault for not entering the collateral.
Anyway, I recommend their services to anyone. You can count on Push to move your stuff. |

There are people that do steal, but we do our best to make sure such people don't get into the corp by doing checks and interviews and a few other secret things that Nasantha would kill me for saying in public.
But we do our best to make sure that we do provide the best service possible, because that's what we want to provide. After-all, we're all haulers in Push, and the management only make money by hauling too! If people stopped using us, we'd all stop making ISK!

For the last one i did not recieve notification via eve mail but thats not su much of an issue for me anyways, just something to concider for the future i guess. |

Contract was picked up after around a day and delivered that same day, very pleased with the service and the pricing.
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time... like tears in rain... Time to die. |

I forgot to leave feedback, but my contract was about 3 weeks ago.
Got my quote from website, created contract and joined public channel to let them know. Really friendly guys btw.
I logged on next day and my contract was already delivered.

Can't say enough good things about Push Industries. We've been using Push for a few weeks now; service is excellent. In fact, I had one delivery between trade hubs completed in less than 3hrs on a non-rush contract.

I have had two successful max loads so far for these guys/gals and each time was very professional and within the 3 days as needed (3rd is in transit now). Not sure about anyone else but I tip these pilots after completion (typically 40-50% of the haul cost). Heck life can be boring hauling my dirly underwear from A to B so they deserve every isk.
Awesome service PushX and I may be using you to move my 1,000,000 m3 + of ore/minerals to a major hub for selling every couple of weeks..
May your ships be swift so they may bring you back from depths of Eve with self respect and new power. |

I issued my first contract to PushX, then i recieved an ingame PM and was kindly told, "Sir, I am going to reject this contract and let you fix it, then resubmit and we will accept it" I had done an item exchange instead of a courier..He could have easily just accepted it and took my goods, but he went above and beyond to help make my contract a good experience.. 2 contracts, both well within posted times and extremely professional..
Only thing is, I'm missing one of my chickens, it was a long ride, I think the pilot got hungry..

I've used PushX on regular basis for a while now, and I have to say it's a good solid, reasonably priced service.
Easy loads (smaller than freighter, between hubs and/or low collateral) are mostly same day and more troublesome loads are usually no later than next day. I can't ask for better than that.
Frankly, does what it says on the box with no issues. Recommended. |

Grabbed a few ships and fitting etc to move my low sec base from Amarr and it was completed within 12 hours. Way faster than I expected.

It's not. 845k is now a new standard for freighters. And actually our max cargo went up from 980km3 to 1.14mil m3.

I used Push for the first time yesterday. I handed them one billion ISK worth of stuff last night, and it was at its destination when I logged in this morning. 4.5 million was a paltry sum to pay to have it all crated to Jita, leaving the dangerous high-sec hauling to the pros!
Then I jump-cloned my lazy butt to Jita and sold off the goods. Thank you, Push!

I had a really huge (freighter sized) and troublesome package that needed to go through a few badly troubled low-sec systems within a limited time frame(*).

Not so much a review as a possible suggestion here,
In your in game channel you have a link to a "Queue Status" which shows the number of jobs currently being handled etc, which is nice and all, but I think would be a lot more helpful/relevant if it actually showed you where you were in the queue, maybe its just a list with a number and a name, I'd be more than happy with that. |

It became clear "pushing" is much better than moving.
Issued 2 contracts A -> B and B ->C with a day interval but their pilot / organization was smart enough to pick the second contract when they delivered the first.
Happy customer.
Will be pushing my bulky Indy production to trade hub on a regular basis.

I apologise for not giving a reason as to the immediate price change as I had thought it was immediately obvious. It was to all the pilots but I didn't think of the wider world of people who don't use jump-drives at all.
This is the reason as to why we've had to raise prices:
The way jump-drives work were changed in the Crius patch and the cost of fuel has increased significantly. I will get the Director in charge of JF pricing to pop by and explain in more detail though! :) |

Misuzuchan has asked me to clarify in more detail why we changed our prices all of a sudden so I will try to keep it short and simple.
GÖªAs Misuzuchan said above Fuel price has increased and it has been for a while, although this is not our main reason it is just a contributor.
GÖªCrius changes meant that Jump Drives now use 50% more fuel than before, this is the main contributor to the change and we are still reviewing the total impact of the change.
More will come soon on our overall decision on price changes to our JF service

Looked for an alternative to the courier services that I normally use with no restrictions on delivery systems, put up a rush order which was finished within 24 hours to a system blacklisted by everyone else.

So far I've been more than happy with Push lowsec deliveries (though, all the contracts were below 10km3).
With the advertised prices update, I wanted to check JF service and how fast it is.
So far I've got mixed feelings - it's been 2 days and nobody picked up my contract (which is not middle-of-nowhere, but relatively close to one of tradehubs) and it seems there is no Push personnel available on chat channel, to provide any kind of support or JF queue information (i tried at various times during last 24 hours).
There used to be stats available on Push website, but it all stopped month ago and is not updated anymore (which is a shame for customer looking for at least a basic queue information).

As you're all well aware, here at Push do our best to provide excellent service at great rates. We also strive to be the one-stop-shop for you to go to, for all your logistical requirements.
With this in mind, we're going to be changing the collateral amounts that people can use! From now on, we're going to allow people to have collateral amounts of up to TEN BILLION ISK when doing Jump Freight to low and nul-sec work.
We've had it confirmed that we have the pilots able to do it, and our time scales won't change. This means if you do have expensive things coming or going, we're going to be able to do it for you in one trip, instead of having it broken down!
Please note this higher collateral service is only for JF work in low-sec and nul-sec. We do still do bespoke higher value work in high-sec but require you to contact us in "Pushx" channel first to ensure we have somebody available to do the work in a timely manner.
Collateral modifier for reward will be slightly different too:
up to 1b = 0m
up tp 2b = 10m
up to 3b = 20m
up to 4b = 30m
up to 5b = 40m
up to 6b = 55m
up to 7b = 70m
up to 8b = 85m
up to 9b = 100m
up to 10b = 115m
(These get added on top of the regular route price. Our lovely calculator on the website will do it all for you automatically though! http://pushx.net)

So I was using Red Frog for quite some time and honestly was very satisfied with their service but unfortunately they have forced me to seek another hauling service due to price increases that are pretty steep. I looked at PushX website, went over their rate calculator and decided to give them a try placing 4 contracts for delivery from Jita to Trytedald (2 jumps before Rens) utilizing the standard service of 3 day acceptance and 3 day completion. I would love to tell you that I am satisfied but honestly my loads are still sitting in Jita awaiting pick up. With Red Frog my contracts never sat more than 24 hours even on weekends, I could usually count on my delivery within 24-36 hours of placing the contract. Is it customary for standard delivery with PushX to take the entire 3 day acceptance? Will the delivery itself take the full 3 day completion? Is the standard delivery a loss leader to drive people here and hope they utilize the "Rush" service? I have read numerous compliments on this thread and am hopeful that maybe you have experienced a rush of customers like me and are overwhelmed, if that's the case maybe consider some type of notification because as of now the higher rate from Red Frog is beginning to look like a palatable cost of doing business. |

I have found PushX a long time ago, more than 100 contracts have been fullfilled. One or two have never arrived - only.
But as you long, you set a collateral, it does not hurt that much.
Why I prefer PushX compared to others?
not the cheap prices, the better choice... Do I have less than 10k m-¦? Do I have a collateral of 0.5B ISK or even 5B ISK.

This was my first time using Push Industries after discovering them about a month prior. I went with Push for cost efficiency as I had already been using one of their competitors for a few years. With a recent spike in their competitors overall cost, I checked Push's stats on delivery times to compare.
Statistically they are a bit slower at completion time, (but not by much) while almost half the price at the time the contract was issued. With the delivery time difference being fairly negligible, and the cost being nearly half, I issued the contract. The pilot assigned to my contract completed it in the time frame I expected, sent me an email to notify me of completion, inform me of some of their other services, and provided me with this forum for feedback.
I can say that I am very pleased with the cost, professionalism, and timing of this service. All of my freighter cargo required contracts in the future will be issued to Push Industries. Thanks for the awesome service, and keep up the great work.

In the last 3 days I've made a dozen contracts. (Lots of stuff to sell before the next patch). They've handled the better part of 5 bil of assets and all contracts have made it through. Great service! Great price! I'm happy knowing I'm not just paying to move my assets, I'm getting an insurance policy as well (Collateral). If you've ever hated moving assets around, or wanted a piece of mind knowing you're not going to be out of assets and money from a highsec ganker, this service is great! |

Alright then, I guess I'll just pick which I want to do first then.
I'm sorry that I need to be the one to make this announcement, but we need to raise our prices. Our haulers are over-worked and underpaid. We no longer want to be the underdogs and try to match other services, but want to be able to spread our wings and provide the service that WE want to be able to provide, and feel our customers deserve. This means we're breaking away from convention and ensuring that we give the best outcome to everybody.
Push Industries plans to enter this new patch with a new game-plan and a new resolve to continue to improve and be the best we can. Prepare yourself for faster, more efficient hauling in which you can track your parcel and your position in the queue. Mails that are optional and a "jolly fun time" in the PushX channel.
I get that some people will be unhappy with the decision we've made, but think of it like this:
1) Supporting the freighter pilot. (They have families to support... Apart from the Minmatar slaves....)
2) Faster hauling. (Less stressed, more motivated pilots - each one gets their own Fedo to have in the cab)
3) More customer service, focusing on you, the customer! (Extensive interviews and whippings when required)
4) NAKEDER LADIES! (I lied, sorry)
There will be more changes coming up as we approach the new year but this is all I've been permitted to release so far. (Feel free to comment in Pushx channel about Nasantha's lovely new toup+¬. Or send him an EVEmail? Even better, if you send him such a great EVEmail that he complains to me about it, I'll send you an ISK prize)

Because we love jump freight, we're changing how it works a bit with our rushes though. The price for a rush will lower from 30m to 20m! (That's a 10m saving!)

I've used Push before for hauling stuff around and normally dont have any issues, this time however usign the 3 days / 3 day service I felt i waited too long for the contract to be picked up and indeed cancelled it to have it hauled via another method.
Hopefully this is an anomoly.
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time... like tears in rain... Time to die.

I post about 1,500 contracts per year, and the level of service I require is short-haul contracts picked up and delivered in 24 hours. I'm not interested in cutting costs as much as having a second source service supplier. Unfortunately after two short trials, PushX was unable to even approach the service level of RFF. Perhaps I'll try again in a few months.

I've been a customer of PushX for about 2 years and would say I have been 95% happy, originally moving to them from Red Frog as the fees were competitive and the transport volumes and collateral settings more flexible.
But, my last 5 contracts have all expired without being accepted and so I have had to use Red Frog again for the first time in those 2 years. Not sure what your problems are but have to take my business elsewhere for now. Thanks for the good service over the last couple of years. |

I'm writing to tell you again about a change in our prices. I'm really sorry about this, but it's not my fault. THIS time the blame lays entirely on Willry, the JF captain.
The change will only affect a minority of our haulers. These are the capsuleers living in Stain and Venal.
We're having to do this because of the amount of time it takes vs reward for the work. Since it can sometimes take up to 6 hours for a single contract, we need to care for our pilots to ensure they're being rewarded for the work and effort they make.
Push Industries strives to be the best service possible, at competitive prices. We feel that with this change, we will continue to be.
The new prices are as follows:
175m initial fee.
+50m per cyno required.
This means that the minimum price to go to either Stain or Venal will be 275m.

I'm looking for tenders for hauling packaged small ships into Thera with a fair collateral.
If you offer the service at all, what would you charge per object to move 5000m^3 objects into Thera (your choice of station) with a collateral of 75m ISK per object? Contracts would be available on a 72 hour failure basis.
I'm not fussed whether you haul them 1 at a time, 10 at a time or (if you have balls of steel) 220 at a time in a freighter, just looking for the best per object price.

Another post from us here at PushX. We have decided, through trial and error, that we are going to make some pricing adjustments to our Thera services. Since its inception, we have received several contracts, and with those have been able to assess the risk as well as note how well the service has been received. We feel that the pricing may have been a tad bit too high, but with most new services you don't know until ya try it. So without further ado here are the changes.
1. We feel we can offer a 3 day accept/3 day completion model on these contracts, thus guaranteeing your precious goods faster.
2. Reducing our X-small services from 100 mill/bill to 25 mill per bill for HS > Thera > HS and 50 mill per bill for LS > Thera > LS, thus making your isk/m3 more inline with our small service pricing.
3. Reducing our small services from 150 mill/bill to 100 mill per bill, unfortunately that is strictly for HS only, as we are still in discussion about offering LS small services.
So as you can see, we feel we can offer the same amazing service we do from HS to our Thera customers at even better pricing then before.
Consider this a New Years gift, as these changes go live DT on the first

I put up 4 'normal' contracts yesterday, and about 24 hours later 3 of them are already completed. I imagine the last one will also be completed soon too.
I'm quite happy with the cost and the speed of delivery. Next time I need goods bumped around the galaxy, I'll definitely be coming back to PushX. |

I'd love to say the same thing about speedy delivery, but I can't.
My lowsec contracts (hisec adjacent, few hisec jumps from destination) have been waiting until almost very last moment to be accepted.
It's been 12hrs since they are accepted and still no sign of delivery :(
(to cut comments - the lowsec system is very quiet)
Push, please hire more pilots!

The X-Small (0-11,500m3) to lowsec is great, something which a certain other competitor dosen't offer.

This service is great. These awesome guys delivered 200000m3 of stuff to lowsec in 12 hours or less, and asked for 100mil for that(goods' worth was around 2bil, so it's like 5% of that), which is much faster and cheaper than the infamous Black Frog. They also send you a notification through in-game mail, which is awesome. 10/10 would hire again. |

X-Small - No Change (500K/warp)
Small - No Change (700K/Warp)
Large - From 900K/Warp to 1.05M/Warp (+22.2%)
X-Large - From 1.25M/Warp to 1.5M/Warp (+20%)
Lowsec
X-Small - No Change (3.5M/Warp in Lowsec)
**** Small - New Service (60,000m3 max, 5M/Warp in Lowsec) ****
Thera
X-Small - Highsec - From 25M to 30M (+20%)
X-Small - Lowsec - From 50M to 60M (+20%)
Small - Highsec - Collateral upto 5B now allowed, still 100M.
**** Small - Lowsec - New Service (60,000m3 max, 175M) ****
Jump Freight
All Jump Freight prices will remain as is, however routes will no longer favour highsec, therby increasing the number of cynos per route in most cases.
JF - Low - No Change (60M base, 30M per cyno) JDC 5
JF - Null - No Change (90M base, 35M per cyno) JDC 5
JF - Stain/Venal - No Change (175M base, 50M per cyno) JDC 5

PushX is hands down the most reliable, quickest and best priced freighter service in game. I have only been using them for the past 2 months or so, and will never again use someone else.

There can be many things said about Push, but definitely not they are the quickest hauling service in New Eden.
When it comes to high sec freighter hauling, it can take few days to have your shipment delivered (unless you pay rush rates).

Ive never used PushX for anything other than wh service so I cant offer my insight on much, but, their Thera hauling service is really quick and reliable. Its definitely great to see them offering to haul in there and ill keep using them as my go to haulers for as long as im based out of Thera. |

I've just had a contract with PushX expire after 3 days. Following the advice of their Summer Ripply to "make a new contract and write reissue in the description and we will take care of it as soon as possible even if its in the end of the queue" - it's now approaching 36hrs with the reissued contract and mine is at 116 in their queue. |

Late last night I assigned 6 low sec to low sec rush contracts. i was fully expecting these to take at least a couple of days as they were rather lengthy distances between the start and destination systems. Used to use PushX all the time, never had a problem. But the last time I tried to use their service my contact expired. Through the 7 days I waited I linked my contract a couple of times in their public channel as it was close to expiring. I expressed my frustration with the very long wait. Then one of the PushX team made a rude remark telling me I could wait a few more days then.
I guess Amarr --> Jita is too hard for PushX.

I've been informed of some changes in Push Industries this coming update.
DST prices will change from 5m per warp to 7.5m. No need to worry though, our calculator will do all the hard work for you!
The two main reasons for this include:
1) The risk for DST work has been determined to be a bit higher than originally imagined.
2) Customers were abusing our pricing structure by creating multiple DST jobs instead of a single JF job. (Good find, but not sustainable for our haulers!)
Leek DeButHole - Sounds like you received some terrible service, could you mail me the logs and a link to the contract so I can get that investigated ASAP?

Been waiting for 3 days for two contracts to be delivered after trying them for the first time. Two hours left and I'm in position 98, and have only gone down one position in the last two hours. I don't see it happening. I've already cancelled two other contracts with them on another character, and I'll be using Red Frog from now on. |

My original 3 contracts expired. I relisted them stating that they had expired in the description (as advised by Push X) and they were delivered within about 12 hours.
I am really happy with the service I recieved, felt that the communication regarding all my queries was extremely good, and I received prompt replies.

1st time using PUSH, based on recommendation. I was not disappointed in the least. These guys are fast, but better than that, they're Honest and Trustworthy. This is highly rare in Eve.
Quick run-down:
Made a late night contract before bed and not only did I misquote the total cost of the haul, but also how much the reward would be based on the misquote. Not only did these guys deliver my freight within the 24hr 'Rush' order through half of hisec, but also discussed my -very- low collateral based on what they were hauling for me. As a result, I was highly impressed at thier candid discussion and advice. So impressed, I gave them a large bonus isk reward for the trouble I'd caused for not getting things right AND their straight-forwardness about the situation. Initially they even declined this offer until I all but insisted. Bloody Brilliant
moral of this story: Don't make contracts late at night and barely conscious.
Rating of service between 1 and 10: 10
Would use again: YES |

It seems Push is swamped with contracts again - my contract has 7hrs left and I am 34 in the queue.
In the past 12hrs my position has only changed by 5 places.
If you guys are not having enough pilots, you should adjust acceptance timings accordingly...
