Good evening ladies and gents,
I've been informed of some changes in Push Industries this coming update.
DST prices will change from 5m per warp to 7.5m. No need to worry though, our calculator will do all the hard work for you!
The two main reasons for this include:
1) The risk for DST work has been determined to be a bit higher than originally imagined.
2) Customers were abusing our pricing structure by creating multiple DST jobs instead of a single JF job. (Good find, but not sustainable for our haulers!)
Leek DeButHole - Sounds like you received some terrible service, could you mail me the logs and a link to the contract so I can get that investigated ASAP?

red frog is cheaper and faster
i tried pushX because they allowed you to make bigger collaterals than 1b
after waiting forever i cancelled and just made 2 red frog contracts which were delivered before i could put down my cup of tea

Been waiting for 3 days for two contracts to be delivered after trying them for the first time. Two hours left and I'm in position 98, and have only gone down one position in the last two hours. I don't see it happening. I've already cancelled two other contracts with them on another character, and I'll be using Red Frog from now on. |

My original 3 contracts expired. I relisted them stating that they had expired in the description (as advised by Push X) and they were delivered within about 12 hours.
I am really happy with the service I recieved, felt that the communication regarding all my queries was extremely good, and I received prompt replies.
I would recommend the service and certainly use them again |

I included a little tip to the driver in the contract, and it was still 75% the price of RFF (just as quick, too).

Pros:
The online quote makes it easy to setup a contract.
It was cheaper than Black Frog's quote.

1st time using PUSH, based on recommendation. I was not disappointed in the least. These guys are fast, but better than that, they're Honest and Trustworthy. This is highly rare in Eve.
Quick run-down:
Made a late night contract before bed and not only did I misquote the total cost of the haul, but also how much the reward would be based on the misquote. Not only did these guys deliver my freight within the 24hr 'Rush' order through half of hisec, but also discussed my -very- low collateral based on what they were hauling for me. As a result, I was highly impressed at thier candid discussion and advice. So impressed, I gave them a large bonus isk reward for the trouble I'd caused for not getting things right AND their straight-forwardness about the situation. Initially they even declined this offer until I all but insisted. Bloody Brilliant
moral of this story: Don't make contracts late at night and barely conscious.
Rating of service between 1 and 10: 10
Would use again:  YES |

It seems Push is swamped with contracts again - my contract has 7hrs left and I am 34 in the queue.
In the past 12hrs my position has only changed by 5 places.
If you guys are not having enough pilots, you should adjust acceptance timings accordingly...
