Oh boy, you got me hoocked on that one, I have to admit.
No money to invest (me == poor) but Man, if this is a scam, I vote for no bann 
You sound like "Aaahhh, I was waiting for you, sit down, sit down, you'll make money in no time." while eating pasta in the darkest room of an italian restaurant, down town  
I wish you the most of luck, and hope you get the isk pump going for a few weeks. But most of all,what I'd realy love, is this turning to a great scamm.
As said, you got a "no bann" vote from me already, mwahaha

that zzzbestscam crap.
Any nub who actually inbests in this can have a free podding for be a nub.
If you are legit then post with your main account.
Oh and I doubt anyone will be stupid enough to only call you at a specified time if you give them teh number of the ocal library.
Another point...
You have enough isk to do this investment yourself.
If you need more sell your faction battleship make the isk from your investment op, buy your faction bs back in 20 days from your payoff..
lets see, what other holes the size of the entire solar system are there in your little project....
If you can make 5% return per day then someone else would of done it already
ermmm....
If I was at home I would check all these interested parties who have posted. I bet they are few day old alts as well.

just an fyi for those who are not aware, you can not transfer ISK on a trial account but you can TRADE ISK in the trade window if you are in the same station. Just did it a few days ago on my trial account, so this is definitely not a safety net.
But then for the person saying if this income could be done, someone else would already be doing it...he did mention in the first post that the people able to do what he is going to do are either too lazy or just not interested in spending their time doing it, so that really isn't much of a hole.

That's how a pyramid scam works! The first few will get their money back plus a profit, then people think it's safe to invest, so a lot more do, then the scammer runs off with all the ISK. I'm not saying that this is a scam, I'm just pointing out that that fact that a few people saying they weren't screwed doesn't mean you won't be. Remember the first big pyramid scam in EVE by the character Morbor? A few people invested 20 million and got back 40 million a week later, then the week after that the guy disappeared with everybody's ISK.

This is harassment. 
I'm terribly sorry if you see my particular style of satirical comment as harassment while the other direct accusations of scamming as not.
I see it as a valid way of illustrating to perhaps more naive players of Eve that the weight of postings by unknown characters and alts as being worthless.
If you truely have a setup for investment that will deliver returns, then (as suggested previously in this post) you might want to consider doing as many of the following as possible:
- Be open and honest about the investment details, your corporation and yourself
- Provide some details about how you intend the investment to make money
- get some recognised players to endorse your post.
- Post with your main
This won't guarantee you investment, but it will at least give you either (a) a better scam or (b) people take you seriously.

Transparency is not an option sadly enough because of competition/massive random war deccing on my main. this would directly endanger any money invested into me by people here, so it is detrimental rather then helpfull.
I am not offering this service to the average eve player, only to thos willing to take this risk.

I have a question - this is the sell orders forum, consequently logic would dictate that the OP is selling something.
He isn't.
It clearly states "investment" and it's not a tangible that can be sold such as "shares", in fact, the item for *sale* is so secret that no mention is even made of it.
So without presuming to discuss moderation, I am puzzled as to why its not been locked.

Also It would help if you read the entire thread before giving negative commentary. halfway through the change of plan and the intent of issuing shares has been mentioned and indeed comfirmed.
