I asked them too, via email. The summary seems to be basically that while they will lock the scam thread once they are sure its a scam, and they may forum warn/tempban the poster, they won't refund ISK.

While I won't speculate on the motives of the folks involved in setting this up, I will say that they tried to get UpAllNightGaming.com to give them a free teamspeak server to facilitate thier "enterprise." They promised to be "pretty damn greatful."
We declined, explaining that UpAllNightGaming.com is a not-for-profit corporation, that our community resources are free for general use but that we did not provide admin teamspeak servers to folks who just wandered by.
Apparently that made us rude, as captain stingy logged into our site to tell us, after he apparently had convinced someone to front his operation.
So I showed him that he was mistaken. Rude is for amatures.

Yes I did write that.
However I have never flamed in any way in such a manner on this forum.
The other forum has NOTHING to do with this one, and the rules there are different.
Their banner even says 'for the gaming adult'. You are very honest to not include the quotes of their administrator which were just as insulting as my reply.

Actually, no, they weren't nearly as insulting at all. Your posts, in comparison to his, looked like that of a five year old.
Regardless of whether the forum "has to do" with this one, you have used insulting language and name-calling throughout this thread, which is still a blatant violation of the forum rules.

As much as I disagree with you about pretty much everything else on this thread, I have to say you are 100% correct here.
DS: Stingy did not post any of that on this forum. Saying that he is answerable to CCP for it is ridiculous. The only connection is the fact that Stingy participates in this thread. If that weren't so, you would have absolutely no grounds. Since a) he has a right to post on other forums according to their rules, b) he has a right to post to this forum according to its rules, and c) it was someone else entirely who made the connection, he can't be held responsible.

Start looking through the sell order forums.... I'm kitting out another faction/deadspace fitted BS right now; just bought out a corpum nanoadaptive at 250 mil, and bidding on some other items.
It's true a fully officer fittted one I can't afford easily on my current income , but a mix of faction/deadspace and maybe an officer smartbomb (I wouldve passed a bid no the cornack's currently up for sale, but I'm not sure if i can fit it without gimping my setup) or something DOES perform pretty well also ^^.
People thinking that I'm scamming away better take note of the mods that I buy and my dividends payed out here and then see how much a killing i would have made if after a few days no more shares get sold and I've turned out a few more dividends.
Someone actually looking that up will find that without generating the income that I advertise here, I simply can't keep that up.

What this means is simply that I'm a realist and know very well that whiney girls, forum gods, and sensible people with a small capital would NEVER invest in what I offer, because it DOES look like a scam.
I just schetched the profile there of who WOULD (and have already btw ;) do this : persons that make so much money anyway that they can consider a 400 million investment in a company without credentials an ACCEPTABLE risk.

And yes, this is alt (or p^2 account to be exact). But not for Stingy. I want to use this character because my main has so much traffic in wallet and I want to keep track on isk transfers from this generous offer  .
