Someone has placed 65m on my head, thatÆs great as I have like 8m in my wallet.
Why donÆt people just send the isk to my wallet?
If people want to pay 65m for my ship and pod, youÆre welcome
So for just 65m you can say that you have killed avoid's ship and podded him.
Ships you can kill of mine for just 65m. The loose mail will be posted on sasÆs killboard.
Enyo + pod (inc. t2 rail setup) (can be changed to blaster setup for 2m extra)
Ishkur + pod (inc. t2 rails and t1 drones) (+3m for t2 blasters and t2 drones)
Taranis + pod (inc. t2 rails) (+1m for blasters)
Ares + pod (inc. blasters and rocket launchers) (+2m for rail and named std launchers)
You can also give me a custom setup.
The service will start as soon as I have lost this bounty I have atm.
Back to the topic, should I keep it for the roleplay? Or should I get a friend to nuke me?
I am thinking about doing the last thing, all the times I loose my pod itÆs to some stupid gank squad. were the lag prevent me to get out, and tbh, I donÆt want to let some stupid gank squad, get the 65m some poor indy guy have placed on my head.

its not hard to get 65mill, but its hard to get someone stupid enuf to put a 65mill bounty on you.

Get a friend to pod you (in a shuttle, ofc). If he's a buddy, let him keep 5m for his trouble. Hell, he should do it for free, just to keep you from begging for ISK, since you're about one cruiser from bankruptcy! 
Then if you feel you need a bounty for show off purposes, drop 10m back on your head. That way you're just making a 50m withdrawal from the "Bounty Bank."

No self-respecting pirate would cash in on his/her own bounty... Killing everything that moves or doesn't have +10 is piracy just the same; just on a lower level.

Well.. who is a pirate ? Are there pirates ? who sets the boundary's ?
I kill whomever I wish, that do not have an +standing to me or my corporation. (Or atleast I try, doesnt really matter)

In my opinion no.. but in others (ex. yours) I am..
So its actually up to every single individual to decide, and in a pvp game like eve, noone is pirate, people just have different boundaries.
Either that, or every single pvp'er is a pirate, because they kill whomever, they dont like.
(I know there is a rather little group who kill only those that attack them, but its rare among pvp'ers)
And no, I neither see S.A.S as pirate corp, since they more or less have the same policy as, ex. we do in E-R (And in alot of other corps/alliances, which is NBSI, not blue, shoot it.
But call everyone who has the NBSI policy pirates, and you will quickly realize, that maybe 75% or infact more of the 0.0 population falls under that category.
To the OP, let me blow you you up, and ill give you a brand new ibis, that should be enough for you ;)

Comparing a PvPer vs Pirate terms isn't right, because PvPer is a general term for an online gamer who engages in player vs player combat. Pirate, on the other hand, is a term of EvE itself (in character if you like). From an ingame point of view many PvPers would be pirates because they seem to kill without much of a reason.
However when I meant that all who shoot neutrals are pirates, I meant it in SAS context (sorry, i had to clear that up before). Alliance that practices NBSI to defend "their" space can't be called a pirate alliance. But isn't SAS a mercenary corporation? Cruel intentions also seems to have several core mercenary corps in it.
So my reasoning is as follows: mercenary corporation that roams to find anything to kill while off contract doesn't differ from any pirate corporation. Only difference is they don't ransom (though some pirates don't either) and call it differently. You can also argue that true pirates ransom, but thats another topic.
P.S. I am not branding SAS pirates or anybody else with bad intent (I was a pirate myself). Just think since SAS is theoretically a pirate corp, in my opinion, Avoid should keep his bounty as a trophy.

Here is what I would do.
- Kill myself with my alt
- transfer ISK from my alt to my main
- screenshot my wallet journal
- seek for the spender in the gamelogs
- upload screenshot to evefiles
- write a evemail with the link to the spender
- feel mean and giggle
