Hi all,
As one of the older players, I re-logged into Eve for the first time in a few years - and it immidiately felt like home.
Not much has changed - and I like that. The same music. The same interface - the same... "Skill training completed" voice that I oh so missed.
Although I've been out of the loop, I'm keen to get back into the game that I put many many years into.
It's sad to see that all the old player contacts I had no longer play! Trying to hunt down some old comrades from corps and get back up to speed.
Anyway, just wanted to say hi to the community - which I thought was always one of Eve's strongest drawcards.

No custom selections possible and only a limited number of tunes play, split into high sec, low sec, and null/wh, with darker tunes for the lower security.
It's still baffling why this was done. The excuses in the Dev Blogs were lame.
There's a lot more that's changed, but we'll let you trip over those on your own, just like we did

They need to give older older players the option of adding items to the character pic, like a cane, florida golf attire or perhaps an old tobacco pipe. I could use a santa beard myself. (not as old as you are tho) |

You had to do it didn't you? This was a nice pleasant thread, but nooooooo you have to go and bring up the jukebox.
Now I want to listen to below the asteroids, only I can't without using Youtube.
