Not so hard to do, just complex ***** for a week or so, i did and i run around in a faction fitted Zealot  It's ace, hehe. So, don't waste your wish on something like thatm just go complex *****! 
Dont get me wrong, I can afford a fair number of fully faction fitted Vagas (currently I have 3 and enough money for, ooh 6 more).
But if you didnt have to worry about them *at all* you could afford to try really crazy stuff :P

I wish CCP wouldnt ignore the problems with the deimos ..
Other than that a licence to print money.. I mean a T2 BPO wouldnt hurt, though material wishes were never my thing really.

A prophecy with 25-30 high slots, enough cpu/pg to fit them and about 5 times the armor of a battleship.
Edit: And all the skills in the game at lv5.

For ISK Farmers (those who make ISK all day long to sell on ebay) & Macro Miners to be allowed to be killed by anyone, anywhere, with no CONCORD intervention or sec status loss.

For all the bugs to be fixed.
Some sort of RTS for planets
Next would be making NPC stations captureable.
After that, Fighter bays for a POS, and clone facilities for a POS.
All the stuff on the drawningboard to come in bug free.

I'd like to have made a corp that grew and grew and made many hundreds pilots, then splintered into an alliance which finally took over a region, and I was the start of it. But i'm selfish and a wannabe =)
ps. oh and a vindicator, and a deimios... and.... and the angel bs.. hmm... yeah a few vindicators.

Or just some other cool item, an implant maybe (-5% to subscription costs anyone, Slot 10, Cybernetics 5?)

You're in the same line as I am =) I'd like to see Amarr VIII (Oris) - with station, moons and belts get renamed to (Chribba).
I'd take that before a T2 BPO any day.

A filter system on escrow...or drones that do as they're told...or FOF missiles that don't lock onto structures...or a choice of agent rewards instead of the same dross over and over again...or.....
