I'd want Concord to implement Loitering Laws for All ships Above a Cruiser.
2 minute lag at gate, warning,
2 minutes later: Concord Fines you.
3 minutes, concord shoots your shields down
4 minutes, concords shoots your armor down
5 minutes, concord Forcefully Tractors your ship away from the gate, and locks the area from you being within 500km of that specific gate for at least 10 minutes.
Upon Repeat performances at the same gate.
Concord blows up your ship.

The ability to align with a government/pirate group, so that their NPC spawns wouldn't attack you, and would assist you if they're present when you're attacked. Heck, while we're on the topic, the ability to "rent" some NPC wingmen would be awesome. Even just a couple of frigs.

To be able to trade in skillpoints in stuff I don't want and put them elsewhere. I have lots of training in areas that I don't like on my character for IC character reasons now and also due to the fact I don't like how the stuff works once I saw it in action either. I hate spending 30 days training a skill to 5 when I no longer use it because it didn't work out the way I was hoping.

Oddly enough, nothing that would do anything to help me directly.
Removal of all npc stations and sovereignty from 0.0. Make it a true frontier + maybe add more regions.

Moderate little wish: A cerberus BPC so I can finally get a HAC. I was just training up for HAC, not just the ship skills but maxing out a lot of other skills needed to use them effectively, I am almost done and then prices sky-rocket.
Really big wish: Cerberus BPO  But I guess that one is on everyone's list.
