I can only think of two ways this situation could of possibly happened.
Either the grand admiral here does everything based on assumptions, and we all know what that means, or, and this is probably the main thing, he thinks eve is a single player game and we're all here to help him be the best at eve campaign: Incarna. We should ask what his high score on the Tyrannis campaign was.
