Before people flame, I'll send in my thoughts.
Blasters for PvE because it's a matter of simply out tanking the NPCs and doing as much damage as possible.
125mm Railguns for PvP because it's a matter of versatility and 125mms will have a balanced RoF/Damage output while still being able to hit both beyond and under webbing range in case an inty decides to get that close. Nothing worse than having blasters on an enyo in PvP and ending up webbed and 8k from your target. --------------

this is my ishkur setup, working from memory here so forgive me if i get the odd thing wrong :p.
With an ab: 2 small nos 2 75mm rails
1mn ab 2 x5 webber warp scrambler
small armour rep 2 200mm plate cpr
If you drop the cpr for a pds you can have a mwd2 instead of the ab2.

Why have a cpr when you have 2 nos's? And without a resistance plate you have a lovely 10% explosive resistance armour hole in your tank. Use an energized adaptive II instead of the cpr.

This is one of the configurations I'm considering. The other is
2 x named NOS 2 x named 125mm rails
1mn AB II, webber, scrambler
Small armor rep II, adaptive nano, explosive hardener.
This fixes the hole in resists nicely, and allows me to fit 125s, but I wonder if that the extra agility over the plated version will make up for having 2/3 the hp? Can anyone with practical experience weigh in?
