TRUST hands Viribus Unitis to ISS.
TRUST built this outpost to be a beacon for the public, and to service all public in the region of Pure Blind.
ISS's neutrality is accepted universewide and unquestioned.
Acknowledging that we think that ISS will be able to manage the EC-P8R Outpost in the spirit it was meant to be run. ISS will manage it like their other outpost as a public outpost under the ISS charter.
The transfer of ownership from TRUST to ISS will take place as soon as game mechanics allow it.
ISS will create a business plan for the station and sell shares as a business opportunity to the Eve-community, as soon as time allows.

One question, What if BoB wants it?
If BoB cant take the outpost then surely this is like one of those times when you spend all night buying a girl drinks, only for her to not put out?

Ofcourse. I thought trust would want it back, turns out they dotn and they want to give it to ISS, its their outpost, i was just assuming something that wasnt true.

ISS have already stated the share capital will go towards POS infrastructure, it does have well over 30 moons after all.

Why try and insult the community as if we are dumb? come on, its obvious they would set up moon mining network there to reduce the costs, if not turn it into profit! they want to kill 2 birds in one shot!

1. Trust agreed to hand over the Outpost to ISS

And to further discount the claim that they are no longer neutral:
- The no-docking list from our other outposts will be applied with immediate effect in Cassini. This means that BoB, among others, will not have docking rights to the station due to their repeated violations of our system wide no-fire zones in the other ISS outpost systems.
So if ISS was aligned with BoB, ASCN and all that jazz, wouldn't that mean they would, say, LIKE each other? Maybe let each other dock around?
ISS is still neutral. To decline this opportunity would be a stupid move, and potentially seen as them taking sides. I think people on the whole should stop trying to over-analyze everything.
Once they officially "got" it from the original owner its fine with most of ppl and with me too, but thing is that in the day that passed between the announcement about them getting it from bob "with no real choise", and to this announcement, they already made plan how to make cash from it, and still plan it. worst part - they keep lying with bull**** that the money is needed for POSes..
Get over it, they can easily form good T2 chain with 30 poses.

Bottom line is that they should have made things right with TRUST *before* announcing their grand plans that tarnished their image. In the end, TRUST basically bailed ISS out and went along with the plan, effectively killing much of the backlash towards iSS from the general EVE populous, as well as any potential retribution from BoB for not following their orders.

They had to give BoB an immediate answer and were confident that they could
make all parties happy for the good off Eve.
Maybe its a simple decision .... a Military Outpost for "no one" or a Neutral Outpost
and everyone happy ....
