use keep at range instead of orbit. if the munnin hits its MWD the vagabond does as well. no way is it gettin out of range.

I have never heard a more completely moronic post.
Being on the wrong end of a Sniper Muninn is NOT A NICE PLACE TO BE!!
Muninn kicks ass and does not need a fix.

Try to orbit around 20km and scramble a Muninn. All the Muninn has to do is hit MWD and before you can react its ~25-28km and warping off...
You can't win a fight orbiting at the edge of warp jammer range.
No one is setting any conditions... aside from you.

The job here is for one ship to kill the other. Why would I fight in web range of a Munin when I can avoid taking any/all dmg at 12-20K....

Yes the howies are sort of to blame. That said 7 highslots, why? You can only fit rocketlaunchers in those after 5 720's.
Perhaps swapping one to a low? Granted the muninn can be workable with AC's but it was made for howies, the vaga clearly for AC's. The munnin is a great ship in the rigth hands ,but it would hurt giving it a bit more PG and sorting the howies ;(.
But for solo i would take the vagabond any day it has the speed of a inty and power of a hac and can dictate range and if it engages or donŠt.
And lol at the "vagabond has a better tank" .

You can't NPC with med autos because of ammo use, so sniping Muninn it is =)
TBH it does make a pretty darn good NPC'ing (or small gang) HAC in my experience. Maybe that's enough? We do have an insanely good solo PvP HAC, and I'm not jumping out of my Vaga for the muninn for solo pvp no matter what CCP to do it.
I'm still all for a bit of a tweak to it (like some pg) but not a retooling of it's purpose.
