If they don't want to call it "EVE Online" because the english words happen to translate to something stupid in Chinese... why not have someone who knows the language properly translate the name into whatever the Chinese words for "EVE" and "Online" would be? EVE is a place name, which was presumably chosen with reference to the (judaeo-christian) biblical figure, and the garden of eden. Knowing that, there should be something similar in Chinese mythology, or at the very least... in concept. I mean its a freakin translation do you care if I told you that- ex: Attentat (Moonraker) (1957) or D÷den spelar falskt (Diamonds Are Forever) (1956). Kamrat M÷rdare (From Russia, With Love) (1958). and so on are movies translated to Swedish. Like attentat (moonraker), attentat means in english assasinated. Or Kamrat M÷rdare means, comrade killer. ... It may seem stupid but its difference in culture! For them that name might seem cool catchy and make sense. You can't actually translate directly between chinese and english. Im a noob, bear with me :P
