actualy i do mean that even more are gona fly caldari now.
u could fit a small armour tank full EW and guns on it.
it should be having VERY few low's alot of med slots to make it a real shield tanker and ship bonus to shield tanking.
btw the moa has a shield tank bonus to.
btw im wizz and yes i have 1 mil skill in gunnery wich is becouse of advanced weapon upgrades.

im just gona fit 4 torpedo launchers a crap load of nosf's/neutralizerz
on med slots ecm/shield tank and cap booster,sensor **** and a after burner
on low power grid/cpu upgrades and nanofiber.
haha i would like to see the face of the enemy when he see's a tier 3 bs coming to him and his cap being sucked.
welll atleast caldari will now get a mining ship

Imagine you are minmatar or amarr or gallente and 3-rd tier BS is missile boat. Rather you will be disappointed. All you learnt before is going to trash, because most powerful ship is jusst opposite to streamline. ANother part of the problem is in-race balance.
Amarr - lasers + a bit of drones
Gallenre - hybrids + drones
Minmatars - projectiles + a bit of drones and a bit of missiles
Caldari - hybrids & missiles in equal quantities. For what hell? Any highly specialised Caldari will miss half of their power ships...
I don't know how to solve the problem
they never should have put in caldari ships with main weapon missiles. it couses SO many trouble.
but now they did it it is not revearsable
and still i think the problem is that all the other races will use the caldari battle ship as a pwn mobile u can have a full gank setup and ecm+jamers/webers. aint it the perfect ship for armour tankers?
