Shittake	Posted - 2006.04.15 10:09:00 - [1] The changes in the north are enough to make anyone's head spin. Is OSS is the new replacement alliance for FE? If not then is the Persh/Krullz team forming a different alliance? If not then could you explain who are/will be your relationships with other northern entities like D2D, ERA, KAOS, and others? Some of us who have recetly lived in the north are a bit bewildered and would like some kind of clarification as to "who's fighting who" up there and their political affiliations. Thanks in advance for your thoughtful and alt-free responses.
D1ABOLIST	Posted - 2006.04.15 10:12:00 - [2] for the last time its R2-D2 alliance... and OSS are currently engaging us with ...err assisting ERA with attacking us. Don't know about the rest of the hostiles but i think KAOS is frienldy with those too and so is the FE.

I think that about sums it up Thanks Woodlouse. So I would expect then that ERA and OSS are teamed up. Is OSS the carebears and ERA the PvPers? It would seem so by the nature of their compostition (not a flame, just what I could gather by the lack of CCP updating the alliance listed in the forums and the poeple I've seen posting from OSS and their historical activities in the north).

OSS are no carebears, they are zerglings j/k I think we have to wait for an off. press release from ERA/OSS. --------------------------------

If it's so offensive, how about you just faint from shock and stop derailing the thread? In lieu of that maybe you can just unplug your keyboard. On topic, I would have to agree that the north is awfully confusing lately. I thought this whole mosaic pattern on the alliance map was a southern thing, but it appears its more than just a trendy thing. At least there will be lots of new material for the forums, and new alliance to PVP.

Yes it is, there are at least 2 official ways to transcribe it, shi-take or si-take (ignore the -, forum madness :) ). Shi being Hepburn (the way mostly used in the west) and Si being Kunrei-siki(shiki) the official way japanese are tought in school. And those are just the 2 official transcription systems widely used. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
