I need a tempest sniping setup. 151km plus. I can use t2 artilleries and ofc tremor ammo.
Please leave something good and specific in here.

Highs:
ofc use 6 t2 1400mm arties for maximum pwnage!
Mids:
3x sensor boosters
2x t2 tracking comps
Lows:
3x gyrostabs
2x tracking enhancer
RCU? (not sure about your skills so you will probably need an RCU)
or
1x tracking enhancer
pds t2
medium armour rep for the crappiest tank ever
Sure you can take out the rep for another tracking enhancer but you will get no tank. And a descent range of around 170 kilometers with tremor L.

6x1400 II's
2x assualt launchers
3x sensor booster II
2x tracking comp
3x gyros
3x trackin enhancer II ( you will need to make it 2 enhancers and a rcu if you dont have adv 5.)

Isn't 2 comps + 3 enhancers a bit of a waste? They stack for the same penalty stack so of 5th shouldn't have much effect.

When the stacking has been changed officially last time active and passive modules didn't go into the same pool. Didn't check since RMR.

6x 1400mm II
3x Tracking CPU II, 2x Sensor Booster (or 3x SB/2x Tracking for ultimate killmail whorage)
3x Gyro II, 3x Warp Core Stab (or 4x WCS for ultimate gheyness)
Fill last two highs with whatever you or your fleet or friends need; remote armour/shield reps, medium neut for doing over tacklers, defenders if you have a lot of cruise ravens locally.

Yep you're right, anything more then 2 tracking comps and 1 enhancer is a waste.
the stacking penalty is not per module, but a penalty on the effects. and since enhancers and comps give the same you'll have a huge penalty with 2 comps and 3 enhancers.
Since you aint tanking and just wanna snipe, i'd replace the last 2 tracking enhancers with warp core stabs.

6x1400, and i like 2x assault missile launchers with saber missiles
mid: 3 track computer and 2 sensor booster
low: 3 gyro's and 1 signal amp, 1 tracking enhancer and 1 rcu (i dont have awu 5).
