I'm sure you've all heard the rumors that BoB has offered to help the ISS defend their outposts, but this is only half of the story. I have it on good
authority that BoB has made the same offer to CVA! I don't know the details of BoB's dealings with the ISS, but I do know that in response to the recent ISS
incursions into CVA space, BoB has offered to (at a minimum) feed the CVA intelligence with their ISS spies. Here's the lowdown.
ISS, as many of you know, has become increasingly militarized. The ISSN's ranks are swelling with former pirates, and brother, are they itching for a fight.
ISS's budding empire obviously can't expand much to the north from Borealis, so they've set their targets on the territory loosely held by CVA. Having
orchestrated a territorial dispute, the ISSN and their hired guns will soon embark on a prolonged military adventure reaching all the way to the heart of CVA
space. What they don't realize is they're walking into a trap. Details are scant, but there's more to CVA's bluster than meets the eye. What is clear is that
this will escalate into a regional conflict and the ISS will find its military wing stretched to its limits, and the civilian space movement will collapse.
Who stands to benefit most from the powerhouse of the free South imploding on itself?

And we would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for you pesky alts!
The only thing the CVA see of BoB is the occasional raiding party into our area, certainly didn't think someone could come up with quite such a random conspiricy as this though. Are you sure its not Concord who are secretly supplying the MGRL who are trying to destabilise the entire region a long with the Curse Alliance and the Fade Union?

Wait, a CVA vs the ISS fight counts as the south imploding? 
On top of that, why would a wrongly placed POS make either side want to take the others outpost?

There's just this one fatal flaw in your theory, which lies in this point right here:

I'm sure that in the, unlikely, scenario ISS wants to expand, they would do so towards the south, and not towards the north. Why, one might ask?
Because CVA's space, and the outpost that comes with it, is with no exception the most useless piece of territory ingame. Don't get me started on the point of an Outpost 2 jumps from NPC stations.
