A few things mOo has accomplished:
By stacking a lot of damage mods, mOo made the devs introduce stacking penalty
By ganking a lot of people all over the place, mOo was made immortalized by agent mission briefings
mOo weren't the first to build a battleship. They weren't the first to kill something with a battleship. But they did destroy the first battleship in EVE (it was a Scorpion)
A few things mOo did NOT do:
Contrary to popular belief, mOo did not cause enough trouble to make evading CONCORD an exploit. That was the zombie dudes who were ganking and tanking CONCORD in Yulai (back then, an even bigger universe center than Jita is now) - they all got banned permanently.

Uhm, no. Sentrys rotate targets because of zombie, and they only got temp bans
