if i get a bc to build a house in real life more often than not i use that sme bpc on a difrent house only they make me flip it around so it faces a difrent whay i can build infinit houses witha copy yet you cant do that in eve o.O

We need more HACs in the game and they need to be considerably less expensive so pilots don't have to spend so much isk to replace them.
Also, the price of a lot of the other newer stuff seems to be rising too. This needs to be reversed, along with the insane prices for captial ships and all things related to using them.
Way too expensive.
I'm tired of flying this Bellicose....
Maybe each week every player should just find a new EVE-donated HAC in his hanger. Or other ship of choice.
People who comment about HAC prices have a point, but I really don't agree with it. I am willing to fly a second rate ship if I don't want to spend what I consider to be too much isk for my budget. The point I am trying to make is that there is fun in the challenge of flying well each ship in the game, not just a small elite portion.
Your opinion may well differ,

Add a multiplier to HAC insurance, i.e. you can insure them for half the value of the current EVE-wide market agregrate, this reduces the risk. Not the crappy 10mil or whatever you can insure it at today.
You get what you pay for with a HAC, yes, you pay a lot, but they are almost godly in comparrision to all other sub-BS ships. I am not that unhappy that they are not too prevelant and only the rich can use them for PVP, they are sickly powerful in most circumstances, using them should carry risk, that risk today is financial.

But dont you think that adding this multiplier would make producers raise their prices evenmore because suddenly there is more demand? With a full insurance more people are willing to fly the ships, so producers raise there prices up to 350 mil instead of 220 mil because, now you get 100 mil extra insurance payout...
