What happened, was, some silly person removed the holding corp which held the outpost, and well, it all went wrong...
Evil concord, wouldnt even let us dock!

Yes, the problem is fixed now. I'm not going to go into details since I'm sure the person responsible for this would be extremely embarassed to have details released.
However, we have successfully repulsed CONCORD's ebil plan and are back in control.

here i was thinking CCP had some event that meant that concord had taken the outpost to flush out pirates hiding there or something mmmm they gave it back after finding nothing.
