Damage controls, gallante ships are just so sweet with them. 
Tractor beams, makes it easier to fetch the lewt. 
And the "reload all" function wich should have been there when the game was released imo.

Market in space. Autopilot is a veeeery close second though. I couldn't play without either. No, I really couldn't. I'd go insane after... Humm... Twenty-seven seconds?

Autopilot.
There is no other function that is used as much.
Market in space is a close second however.
