Both my alt and primary are locked out, had the 'Logging in as...' screen for a good hour, so far. Hopefully CCP haven't decided to take a bank holiday and are currently working on the situation.
...that said, my next payment is due on the 8th of this month, so if it is a long term issue, a cancellation is in order - I can resume my subscription when the problem is fixed.
Worth noting that if you make a new character, they work fine - I'm currently running around in a brand new Gallente seeing if anyone else is having major problems, lag certainly isn't an issue.

yeah stuck in gate at faurent...not load anything ship or lancape..just balk screen.
i think server down...all ships down...all skilpoits down..
all charters down.
..lol just wait they have too small connetion and machines
today is in many country national holiday ..lines are full of players.

Many coutrys in Europe in diffent names this day is holiday ..no work or youngsters no school. 
Spring coming day..workers day..what ewer good thing no work, bad thing eve not work

The "work day" is quite international, we have it in norway and I suppose Iceland aswell
All the devs are probably sitting infront off the TV with the laptop trying to solve petions, hence it is taking time :p

Worked a bit better.. still took 20 seconds to dock/undock, but I at least was able to get out of Sinq Laison.
However, I was 14 minutes too late to get a mission bonus, and lost 60 minutes of training.

While they were rebooting, I also deleted my cache folder. It has worked ok so far ( done about 5 jumps and a mission )

Well, the reboot worked... for about half an hour. Lagged out at a gate, got booted, locked out. GG. On the plus side, I did get to put some longish skills on, so I'll just try again in a day or so.

Joining the 'Stuck in Warp' club. Trying to jump and suddenly the game when weird, no ship, just gate visible. Eventually left game and reset PC. Now like many others I cannot log into my main character.

Well ive been here nearly two weeks and this has only been my main problem so im sure they will sort it hopefully within 3 hours as my training finish's then.

Heh, my problems didn't start until they were "Rebooting", I log in for about 5min. Then I'm kicked, and have been unable to log in since.
Looks like I'm gonna have to do something productive.

Just incase people haven't seen the talktalk thread, if your on talktalk you'll get the logging on screen and won't connect except between 1am and 6am. ie you'll get the same problems and difficulties but the reason for that is that talktalk has removed the port online games use.
There could be another problem as well, but for talktalk people it isn't eve that's broken but talktalk being seriously annoying.
Basically talktalk have done a new free broadband connection and have too many customers so they've lmiited everyones internet access.
I hope the problem will be resolved but if talktalk don't, I personally hope that CCP perhaps with other online gaming industrys sue, becuase for every talktalk user CCP looses ú13 a month, for the online gaming industry as a whole we're talking millions.

after reaboot server it works about 30 min..then i stuck middel on mining belt and try to opne garco packs....nothing happened....soon come more ncp pirates and start to shoot me...after they shoot about 2 min ja hit hit hit my ckick cotrollet..and target locket my 8 guns sing a killing song they gone to dust. Again try to opne new gargos..nothing happen. so lefth 8 cargos behind full of stuff and spessed autopilot on...now about few hours lated i manage to make one jump and atleast anumore near miningbelts..because if lost connection there...soon ded.
